I got the Glass Skin Facial along with a full skin analysis, and I honestly learned so much about my skin and how to care for it properly.🫶🏼 Cherry🍒 was amazing during the skin analysis she was thorough and knowledgeable. For the facials, Hannah and Pam were both incredible. They were gentle, professional, and made the whole experience relaxing while still being very informative.✨ My skin looked and felt so refreshed afterward, and I really appreciated how personalized everything was. You can tell they truly care about skin health and results. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend them if you want real guidance and a quality facial experience.💕

My facial with Pam was so pleasant—she was incredibly gentle and made the experience very relaxing. I also enjoyed my color analysis with Victoria; it was interesting and insightful. I went here on a whim but I’m really glad I did. I had went in for a body slimming session and a facial with Vivian; it was 10/10 amazing! The service itself was great and really relaxing but Vivian really made the whole experience. She was really knowledgeable and you can tell she was passionate about how to cater to your skin’s needs! She walked through all the steps she was taking and explained the treatment in just enough details. This spa has many of the trendy k beauty treatments and I can’t wait to come back and try them!

After my skin consultation with Cherry at K-Beauty Spa Labs today, I feel really good about coming back. I’ve never invested in skincare before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the whole experience felt very comfortable and actually helpful. Cherry went over everything with me — my skin type, my concerns, what would help, and how to use the products in a way that made sense. Nothing felt rushed or overwhelming. She explained things clearly, which I really appreciated since I’ve never been to a dermatologist or anything like this before. You can tell Cherry genuinely cares about what she does. She took her time and really made sure I understood my skin instead of just telling me what to buy. That made a big difference for me. I’m now booked for my first skin treatment in two weeks, and I honestly feel excited about starting my skincare journey.

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!! Loved every single minute here since I stepped in. I got here for the LDM class skin and cell tightening facial, got here 10 minutes earlier and the host super friendly and kind gave me a tour of the facility explaining every service and treatment available. I must say she sounded very knowledgeable and definitely made me feel like she cares about the services they provide. I got a cookie and tea for snack so cute little spot. I got into the treatment area and the facial was just perfect! My therapist was explaining everything and each product she was applying that way I can understand the process and purpose of each thing. She made sure I was okay and enjoying it the whole time, she gave me a massage on my neck shoulders and breast bone (this one took me by surprise but definitely made me feel so relaxed). By the end of it when I come to the front to pay my, Hannah the owner made sure I was happy with the service provided and she gave me some information on other treatments that can be beneficial for my skin goals. From the moment I walked in, Cherry and Maria greeted me with such warmth and positivity—it set the tone for an amazing experience! I had the LDM GlassSkin & Cell Repair treatment with Vivian, and she truly made it worthwhile. Not only was the session relaxing and informative, but she also took the time to understand my skincare needs, giving me honest advice on what would actually benefit my skin. Skincare and upkeep are incredibly important to me, and finding the right place has always been a challenge. I used to avoid facials because they never seemed to make a real difference—but the results here were instantaneous. I’m beyond happy to have finally found my new go-to spot. 10/10 recommend!

I was hesitating whether I want to drive an hour to go here but it was worth it. Hannah is the owner and she is so informative. She explained everything as she did my facial. The skin analysis was detailed. She even recommends skin products based on the skin analysis. Highly recommended.
