I just moved over to this area and it was my first time visiting here. It was so clean and everyone there is so sweet and welcoming! They recommended me cat eye nails and it's probably the best thing ever!! I made an appointment for 3 weeks, I'm looking forward to what I should get done next 😀

One of the worst gel manicure experiences I have had. They do not disclose an additional $20 for nail polish color, an additional $10 for a cracked nail per nail, an additional $10 to shape the nails. I went in with almond nails and continue to keep them as almond nails. But they charged me saying that they only do round and square for free. Which is actually ridiculous because it would’ve been more work for them to change my nails from almond to round or square. My nails began to crack, same day and continued to throughout the week while I was on vacation they looked absolutely horrible and I happened to be doing my pregnancy announcement so that sucked. Once I arrived home, I had to get them removed and cut all the way down. So I now can try to revive them from the damage that was done. I would not recommend this spa. A wasted $120 (on basic nude nails. my natural nails! no tips) and unnecessary stress.

Terrible experience took them a whole hour just to remove my dip nails during which time I exclaimed, in pain multiple times from the nail filing and buffing. Aside from this, do not trust the pricing on their website. It listed dip nails as $45 but then they were going to add extra pricing for all kinds of things such as nail shaping… on my natural nails, not even tips!

Absolutely horrible stuff. As I was getting my nails done, I witnessed them arguing with other people about points and memberships, etc., and trying to charge extra amounts here and there. Once it became my turn, I really didn’t worry too much about all that as I had purchased through class past previously which takes care of the amount into my surprise, they wanted me to pay an extra $80 For all of these random add-ons. I would not recommend this place. They seem quite deceitful. And incredibly argumentative. Not a pleasant environment, and honestly not skilled that Nails either.

First Time coming to this location. Came in at 10 am and was seated immediately. Received the basic pedicure with extensions($7+ each). Olivia took care of me today and was very gentle. I would return for their services if my extensions last for sure!

I spent $150 to get re filer polish on my toes and dip only nails for the holidays. My nails have never looked worse. I asked the girl to fix it and she said it was just on my skin so I asked the checkout girl and she tried to fix the one that had a chunk missing but didn’t do a very good job either. The polish isn’t on my whole nail, and there’s dip powder all over my fingers. She didn’t even file my nails straight. I know I have short nails, but it was really poorly done. I am disappointed because the place has a nice ambiance.

Requested a gel manicure and showed the picture. The stylist completely got the design wrong and when I wanted to change they charged me an additional $15 to repaint the nails as I had previously requested. So on top of the $95 I paid for a basic French manicure, that took over an hour and a half. I had to pay an additional $15 to fix their mistake and waste an additional hour of my time. I will not be returning and suggest you don’t waste your money
