Glam by Princess

This was my first appointment with Princess and she did not disappoint!! The moment I walked in, she was so warm and welcoming and it made me feel extra comfortable for my long hair appointment. When I came for my appointment, I wanted to go for a lighter ashy color but I previously dyed my hair red. (Which is really hard to achieve because red is a hard color to get out) Guess what though? Princess was able to do it in one session!! By the end of the session my hair still felt healthy too!! She also gave me aftercare instructions on how to maintain and keep my hair healthy.

I am SO happy with my hair! I came in with a pink balayage inspiration photo, and Princess matched it beautifully. The blend, the tone, and the brightness were exactly what I was hoping for. She’s truly skilled with bleaching and coloring — my hair lifted evenly, stayed soft, and the final color looks stunning. She’s also incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole process relaxing and enjoyable. If you want someone who can bring your inspiration photo to life, she’s the one. Highly recommend!

Visit#1: I picked this place because it is Muslim women / hijabi friendly. Princess has a private room, with shades for the windows, and covered glass door. Princess cut my hair as requested and consulted on bangs. Princess was very friendly and personable. I will definitely tell others about this place. Visit#2: I came back to get an updo and soft glam makeup. The updo was gorgeous and I received so many compliments. I don't wear too much makeup, but Princess did such a great job of enhancing my features. For both hair and makeup, she would check in with me every step to make sure it's what I wanted.

princess was so kind and truly took the time to listen to exactly what i wanted, which i really appreciated. she delivered exactly what i showed in my inspo pics, and it came out beautifully. she also took the time to recommend products that are best for my hair type.

The salon was easy to find and plenty of parking space available. Princess was very professional, nice and easy to talk to. She made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. I was relax knowing that she has a lot of knowledge about hair and that I'm in great hands. She genuinely cares about her clients and she even gave me tips on how to better care my hair. I love love my hair! Will definitely be back next time! 10/10 will recommend to friends 🙂

I had the best experience with Princess. I planned for our engagement shoot months in advance. We decided to have our pictures taken at the National Cathedral. A sunrise photoshoot is highly rated for the National Cathedral and so that is what we planned for with our photographer. It seemed to be extremely difficult to find a hair and makeup artist who was willing to do the early morning photoshoot, during wedding season, without charging me an arm and a leg. I finally found Princess, reached out to her, and scheduling (only a few weeks in advance) was the easiest and smoothest process. The early morning (aka 4:30am) was not a problem for her and I enjoyed every moment of it. I walked in, still waking up with my coffee, and she was absolutely great. Her studio is super cute and welcoming. She was very open to my style, what I was looking for, and she exceeded my expectations. She was open to me sending my Pinterest inspirations for the look I wanted and continued to talk it through with me while she was working to ensure the look is what I wanted. I cannot recommend her enough and have added some pictures from the morning of and photoshoot to show how amazing she did! Thank you, Princess!!

Princess did so amazing with my hair and makeup during my wedding. I love to work with her! She does way beyond when it comes to doing it. A lot of people complimented the way I look on my special day, all thanks to Princess! Will definitely hire Princess again whenever I need HMUA for whatever occasion. You’ll mever regret it!
