The atmosphere and the vibe is so warm and inviting!! Love the variety of businesses, I could come here for every beauty service I need as well as tattoos!

I’ve been getting my nails and hair done here for more than 7 years. I have seen many failures of management to remedy obvious issues with the facilities like dirty bathrooms, disaster music sounds like static for 2 hours straight, homeless harassers out front, poor ventilation during a pandemic, workers not wearing masks!!, and very disgruntled tenants. This causes a very negative experience for customers. It seems that this place was once corporate owned and it changed to a franchise. Sadly, this causes age-old problems when that happens. Namely... -Control of quality of experience. -Tenant dissatisfaction due to price increases... as franchise owners act like middle men in a business that already has low operation costs! Weird. Right? ... so you get slum lord like behavior. This specific location is owned by the same people that own a few other Image Studios and they all seem to suffer from poor management. As a result, my stylist has moved to Liv Studios and I find that to be a much better experience and a more positive energy. If you’re looking to work here or get services here, I would pass on both. Alfred couldn’t fix this place. Hard pass.

I'm obsessed with this salon. I've gone in a few times to get my hair done for events and not only do the stylists nail it every time, but they are so friendly and fun. The atmosphere is fantastic. I couldn't recommend them enough!

This is were the Hair Goddess Cicil works. She is magic with hair. She has taken my sorry scruffy hair and poof! It's beautiful now. Just love her...

I love the place! It clean and the lady in the salon I used was wonderful, understanding and very patient. I recommend anyone who want to have his hair done professionally to go there. Thank you.

I've been getting cuts and color from April Benincosa for years! I actually live in Arizona but I always MUST come in when im in town because April is that good. Plus, she is so spritely and fun! My hair wouldn't be the same without her haha 6u<~

The staff messes this place up. The inside is beautiful and studios are good for the price. The problem is the staff, they are a headache to work with. They are very unprofessional and it almost seems like the people who work here and are in charge of the company come in to hang out. There is no clarity on how they are making any effort to accommodate new people renting a space here.
