Kume Botanical Head Spa

My partner and I went to Kume for our anniversary for a relaxing treat. Wow, did they deliver! We both got the deluxe treatment and came out of it feeling so refreshed. The facial was amazing and the scalp treatment made my scalp and hair feel brand new. My hair is now looking so healthy that my friends have been complimenting me all week. Can't wait to come back!

Last day in Tokyo and wanted a relaxing, luxurious experience. This was is! Decadent from stepping in the door to the hot tea and self hair styling at the end while my senses came back to life. 100% recommend!

The head spa experience was delightful, massage of neck, workers, arms, head, plus facial treatments and an extensive scalp and hair routine that was lovely. Alma was so knowledgeable and kind, and taught me that I was using the right products for my scalp issues but in the wrong way and wrong order. So now I have a whole new routine. I highly recommend and will go back the handful of times a year I'm in town for business.

I’ve been going to Kume for float and I’m glad they just added the head spa service. It was my first time trying this head spa and won’t be my last. You know it’s good when you don’t want the session to end. Staffs are nice and professional.

Wow, what a find! Stumbled in and chanced my arm on getting a scalp treatment last minute and I will be forever grateful! Not only does my scalp feel amazing, but my hands and shoulders feel much looser. The detail and products they use are awesome. The place is super clean and staff are all so friendly! I will definitely be returning soon!

Loved my experience at Kume's new head spa. I did the deluxe treatment (head spa and facial) which was 90 minutes. Arrived a few minutes before my appointment and was offered tea and water. I was then brought upstairs where they used a camera to show me my scalp and then took me to a private room that was calm and comfortable. They did such a great job with my hair. It feels so clean, smooth and light. The facial and massage that came with it was fantastic too. Would definitely recommend Kume.

I just had the best experience at this new head spa. The whole vibe was super relaxing from the second I walked in, and the service was amazing! Incredibly thoughtful and calming. The products they use smell incredible and feel so gentle but effective. My scalp and hair felt insanely good afterward. So clean, soft, and somehow lighter? I could literally see the results. Total reset. Highly recommend if you’re looking to treat yourself. I already want to go back.
