Olivia and the estheticians are incredibly professional, and I can definitely see my skin becoming brighter and firmer. Olivia is the best! And her assistant Shanon Is the best too. Olivia is an expert on fillers, Botox, and Kybella and she knows what to give you to make you look better. I’ve been getting Dysport for years and decided to try this place because the price was affordable. During my consult, I made it very clear that my main concerns were my "elevens" and my "crow’s feet." The patient coordinator repeated back "upper face/forehead," and I corrected her again, saying specifically 11s and crow’s feet. When we went into the room, she told the injector "upper face/forehead," and once again I explained my biggest concerns. I assumed I was being heard, and because the injector seemed confident, I trusted the process. A couple days later, forehead is visibly moving, my eyes are puffy, my crow’s feet are still visible, and now my eyelids feel extremely heavy. I look like I have hooded eyes. Yes, the price is amazing, and the staff is very sweet but ladies, please make sure you listen to what the client is actually saying. It makes all the difference. 🙁
