I had a wonderful experience at this salon. Star was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. He took the time to really listen to what I wanted and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. He even offered refreshments, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience feel relaxing. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. The salon has a clean, calm, and inviting atmosphere. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and very happy with my hair. I would absolutely recommend booking with Star!

Star did an amazing job with my perm and hair cut. It came out exactly like I wanted from what I showed in my reference pics. Salon is also clean and comfortable. The skylight over the hair washing station is nice. Overall a very nice vibe. Definitely will return in the future! Amazing work!

I’ve been coming to this salon for five years now. I first discovered this gem while living on Ocean Avenue and searching nearby spots on Google Maps. Even though I’ve since moved downtown, I still make the trip every month for Zee’s magic touch. Zee is an excellent barber — skilled, attentive, and always open to your ideas. Over the years, I’ve tried a few different styles with him, including wavy perms, and I’ve been very happy with the results every time. The shop itself is clean, cozy, and welcoming, with a team that’s always friendly and professional. Highly recommend this place for your next haircut!

I have gone here 5+ times and each time I have been pretty excited by how it turned out. Recently, Star cut my hair after I gave very little instruction and literally everyone who saw me again during the holidays complimented my hair unprompted. My best experience is just to give them a photo reference and let them use their experience.

I've been a customer for nearly 2 years now and Zee always provides great, consistent haircuts. The salon is clean and professional and the service is always good. Would recommend!

Got a same day appointment with Starr. There was a bit of a language barrier and I tried to explain how I wanted my bangs but that definitely got lost in translation. I’m giving 5 stars because the cut turned out well and I’m kinda loving it. He seemed to be meticulous and gave me a nice blowout. The whole transaction took about 40 minutes which is nice since it’s all metered parking outside. I don’t get haircuts often and I’m not picky so if you have a specific vision in mind, bring a photo to make it easier for them to see what you want.

Just got my second mens perm + cut from Star and he's done an amazing job each time. Best haircut I've ever gotten, other places struggle to cut my pin straight Asian hair well and make it look nice. The wave perm came out perfectly too. Would highly recommend
