MAKE SURE TO CALL AND BOOK even though ONLINE available. (Not just their website but I have seen other parlors too where online booking have gone messed up). A very good recommended parlor near if anyone is looking for. *MAIN PART IS VERY REASONABLE PRICING (Less compared to other parlors which I have been nearby)* Got referred by a friend and had my first visit to do a haircut for my kid. KIM did the Haircut and she was totally amazing. She was very perfect in what she did . Their price is reasonable which is a very plus. The Salon is located inside the Silverado Complex and so there is plenty of parking. Attaching photos for more reference. The staffs are friendly and the place is well maintained.

I love this place - have been taking my mother-in-law, for her weekly wash and style with Kim, for 2 years now. Tony cuts my hair - done just right for my fine hair. Today Kim colored my hair (first time for a salon coloring in over 20 years). She helped me pick a color, answered all my detailed questions and it's great!

One of the only places I was able to book an appointment on the holidays, so I did. I was 15 mins late because I took a shower. Originally I was told I wouldn't be able to reschedule when I got there. I was kinda upset and was going to leave a bad review on getting turned away with a head messy with hair on the holidays. Hyung did help me out because he could see I was upset trying to plead for a haircut. I normally avoid getting a hair cut until it gets way too wild. But tony helped me and now I look better than I did when I walked in. This family thats cuts here are nice people and I always enjoy the conversations. I will only trust good family business and this place is my choice for haircuts.

I am so grateful to have found Kim. She listens carefully to understand exactly what I want and delivers it beautifully, consulting as she cuts. Everyone in the salon is welcoming and Kim is really friendly, putting me at ease every visit.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I booked my appointment with Ann after reading the positive reviews, but unfortunately, I was 7 minutes late, and she refused to take me. This was my second time with her, and I was really upset by her attitude. The way she spoke to me was unprofessional and disrespectful. It felt like the only thing she could say was "no" regarding the haircut, and I left feeling belittled, as though I was begging for her time. She lacks basic communication skills and doesn’t know how to speak to clients in a kind or respectful manner. While the other staff members were friendly and polite, Ann’s rude behavior left a very negative impression on me.

Worst Haircut Experience Ever. I had booked an appointment with ANN a week in advance, but unfortunately, the whole experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. I arrived 5 minutes early, only to be ignored by ANN as she saw me but didn’t acknowledge my presence. She came out after my appointment time, without a single greeting. I tried to brush it off, but it already set a bad tone. When we moved to the hair wash, I was surprised that no towel was placed around my neck. I thought it was strange, but I didn’t want to make a fuss. I tried to start a friendly conversation by asking how her day was going, and she barely responded—just mentioning she was sleepy because she hadn’t had the good coffee she wanted. Then, as she washed my hair, I pointed out that the water was running down my back and soaking my clothes. She completely ignored me, and of course, my clothes were drenched. When I mentioned it, she just shrugged and said she’d use a hair dryer to fix it—but it didn’t help. My clothes were still wet, and there was no apology or attempt to make it right. I was hoping the haircut would redeem the experience, but unfortunately, it didn’t. I told her what I wanted, and she outright rejected it, saying it wouldn’t look good. I agreed to trust her judgment, hoping for a fresh, new look. But what followed was a complete disaster. She ignored my requests and proceeded to chat with her colleagues in Vietnamese, making me feel like they were talking about me and other customers.. almost like making fun of us. It felt incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable. After just a few minutes of cutting, she started blow-drying my hair. I asked if she was done cutting, as this is typically done after a haircut. She snapped at me, saying it’s her technique to cut dry hair and got visibly annoyed with me for asking. At this point, I was just hoping I could leave with a decent haircut, but what I got was a random, poorly done, and uneven short cut with no styling whatsoever. I walked out feeling embarrassed and frustrated, and I just hope my hair grows back soon. The attitude and service were horrendous, and I’m honestly shocked by how bad this experience was. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a salon. I’m not sure how others have had good experiences here, but if ANN was having a bad day, it still doesn’t excuse this level of unprofessionalism. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Love, love love this place. Been going here since 2010. They always do an excellent job cutting my hair. Its super quick and I look great afterwards!
