I walked in and was told to make an appointment sure that’s fine I made one for next week. I read other reviews about this place and they were right these guys are not very organized. Was told that I never had an appointment and they asked if I wanted to make another one. No thank you I’ll take my business elsewhere

This is actually a really good place to get your hair cut, I come here often though just be careful if you wanna get a men’s wavy perm I’ve tried it twice and they always heavy perm it. But overall it’s a great experience. Also they usually cut a little shorter than you would expect so keep that in mind

I made an appointment 2 weeks before coming in for a perm. We agreed on a date and time and when I arrived to the salon. They said that we never made an appointment. I had to pull up my call history on my cell phone to prove that I made an appointment. But Instead of helping me on the spot, she already booked other customers. I not only took time off work on Friday but I also had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to come to this salon, ONLY to be told that I didn't make an appointment. AND she did not ask if I wanted to reschedule. It was not only embarrassing to me around other customers but it was very unprofessional and shows that they are unorganized with their archaic booking system which is just hand writing their appointments on paper rather than putting it in a computer system. This salon not only has a history of double booking customers in the same slot, but I will 100% guarantee that you will wait at least 30 minutes when you arrive on time for your appointment. So unless you are free that entire day, you will be running late always. I only come in once a year for a hair appointment as a treat to myself and today was honestly VERY disappointing and a waste of my time off my busy work schedule.

If i could rate it a 0/10 I would. I was trying to bleach my hair (i have a level 1 hair very dark), and was wanting it lifted. Not only did they not ask if i had dyed it recently, or do a test strand, but they tried to lift my hair straight from level 1 to a level 10 platinum blonde. Anyone who knows anything about hair lightening, knows that you aren't supposed to lift it all in one setting. They also only had the bleach in for about an hour on my hair, which is way shorter that the time it should've been. I don't know what sort of super bleach they used, but it is killing my hair, and i'm not ever gonna be able to fix it until my natural hair grows all the way back in again. Thanks a lot.

Maybe is a good place for latinos and Koreans but for a new client this is a terrible place. As I entered no one welcomed me and I saw 4 others people coming after me without appointments and they got their haircut before me? So, how is that this place can’t keep track of their clients? There is no tracking /ticketing system available here. So, if they don’t see ya complaining they will leave you there waiting till you rot.... avoid this place at all cost is expensive and they don’t even treat their clients with respect. Will never come back

During Covid-19 this salon is the most hygienic small business I’ve been. Super clean and receptive to suggestions as well. Yes, I do like my haircuts too!

The hair stylist and the receptionist at this hair salon don"t know how to accommodate their customer's needs. They were even rude to some extent. I went in for a haircut on an appointment and asked if I could skip the shampoo for my hair prior to cutting. I explained that I washed my hair at home with mild shampoo prior to coming in because of some skin issues I had. I also suggested that they utilize a spray bottle to wet my hair instead. This method was used previously at other hair salons. There is no difference in cost. The stylist flat out refused to work on my hair unless I would agree to get my hair shampooed by their staff. They (both the stylist and receptionist..there are only two people working there as far as I know) claimed that they could not provide me with the best haircut with spray-wetting method. Maybe it was possible that there was some truth to what they were saying, but did they realize that the customer had a medical reason for the request? I could not believe their unaccommodating and inconsiderate attitudes.
