Tricoci Salon & Spa - Schaumburg

This place always gives great services. Been there many times to get cut and/or color. Every stylist I've ever had has been great. People at the front desk are always great as well. I always feel like the stylist cares about giving great services when I come and feel like I get a high end look.

I get pretty nervous getting my haircut due to poor experiences in the past, but the women who cut and colored my hair today were AMAZING. Blew my expectations out of the water I was so so happy with my experience and how my hair literally transformed into what I wanted before my eyes. Holly and Gisele are both sweet, kind and definitely talented professionals! Holly evened out my hair color So Quickly and Gisele was able to cut my hair So Cute after seeing just one reference pic and a pretty grainy video. Will definitely be coming back and asking for them specifically and I suggest everyone do as well. I had a wonderful experience here <3

Kacie saved the day!! I had a blowout scheduled months ago at the Arlington Heights location just for it to be canceled 45 mins before my appointment. Schaumburg price matched the service and were able to fit me into their busy schedule. It truly shows how above and beyond this tricoci goes to support their clients. If I were to recommend a tricoci in the northwest suburbs it would be Schaumburg.

My daughter was excited to try a new stylist. But after getting home she really doesn’t like her haircut. I know the protocol would be to come back to get it fixed, but now she’s nervous to have someone make it worse. Her stylist was really nice and the experience was good, she just isn’t happy with her hair. Update: amazing customer service. Thanks for your quick response!

I’ve only been a salon girl for a couple of years now and I’m glad to have stumbled upon Tricoci. Emily and Teresa are my go-to hair techs at the location in Schaumburg 💕 I’ve never been disappointed with my results in the past 4 times I’ve been there. Love them!!

I saw eliana. She is new to the salon and I cant type enough wonderful words about her. She is extremely talented. Gave me the haircut I was looking for and was very detailed oriented. I will be coming here to see her again 🙂
