Jen's Nails

I’ve only been a few times but every time has went above and beyond my expectations! I always love my nails and they are so friendly. The most recent time (today) I asked for and got fourth wing inspired nails. So far it’s always been 10/10 service, everything really .

Worst pedicure I've ever had. Rushed me through the whole process. Two of my nails were not smooth. And, I asked for a clear coat at the beginning which they forgot. Then, they slapped on two coats of clear and jammed my sandles on telling me they needed my chair right away. Will NEVER go there again. UGH..!!

Tracie did my nails a couple weeks ago and did such a nice job I had her do my toes today. She made them so cute! She's very nice and gets the polish all the way to the sides just how I like it. Will definitely go back.🪷

I came in today for a full set with gel and got a pedicure with no gel just regular. My total was $95 and I also left a $10tip. Two different people helped me with my nails. However I did not like my toe nails. The polish was messy and looked like it was stacked on top. For 95$ I thought that was a little too pricey. My nails however were really nice. It looks like I did my toes myself. Not sure I will be returning. 8/11/24

I have mixed feelings about this review. I gave it 5 stars for the service. My dipped nails were absolutely beautiful and the cost was better than the previous spa I attended. Unfortunately, the ventilation in the spa was not up to code. I had to ask for a 😷 mask and could only breath through my mouth. The fumes were probably not in compliance with the required public health standards. I would like to see this matter addressed to protect the employees and public from health related issues.

Visiting from CA. Decided to take my sweet cousin for her 1st pedi. We went for the works for her 1st time & got Jen's Deluxe. It was soooo worth it! Both of our pedi-techs were excellent. I have difficult feet to work on, so I really appreciate it when I actually get to enjoy it. My cousin super enjoyed hers as well, she was loving the hot stone leg massage. Both were professional, thorough, and experienced. I also appreciated being able to get a same day appt as I was only in town for 1 more day. Thank you, Jen's!! See you next time I visit Yuma! PS. Take good care of my cousin Tom, he may be in soon.

1 OUT OF 10 👎🏽 Service :Pedicure and fill ( color change ) GO ANYWHERE ELSE….Beware! 🛑 Went yesterday was glad they accepted walk ins, didn't wait long at all. I’m giving this place a one star rating because it was my first time going, the lady who did my pedicure was rushing the entire time. She was going very fast and hurt me a few times when she cutting my cuticles. I had nail polish all around my skin on most of my toes. Not happy at all with the service. Requested money back for nails and owner would not accommodate. Instead wanted me to trust him to " fix" them . If your staff is not able to do nails…….. you should not have them working on clients 🙃
