Johana Pacheco Professional , LLC

I can’t say enough good things about Johana Pacheco Hair Beauty Studio. Johana is truly gifted at what she does. There is a language difference, but I would never call it a barrier we simply speak different languages. She always understands exactly what I want and can also tell me that it might be not be possible but tells me what she is going to do instead. I completely trust her because I leave every single time completely satisfied, which says everything. Beyond her talent, Johana is incredibly welcoming and genuinely customer-oriented. I have a lot of hair, so my appointments take time, and instead of rushing or making it feel like a burden, she went out of her way to make me comfortable. She even made another client who was having services done and me a nutritious lunch that tasted amazing. I have never experienced that level of care at any American owned and ran salon before. I also love knowing my money is going to a woman-owned business, directly supporting her and her family. Seeing her husband involved washing, brushing, blow-drying hair, fully supporting his wife is honestly beautiful. They work so well together as a team, and you can feel the love, effort, and pride they put into their studio. This place is more than a salon. It’s welcoming, intentional, and full of heart. I will continue to come back and recommend Johana to anyone looking for incredible hair and an even better experience. 🥰

I’ve been coming to Johana for 5 years now and every time I come I get amazing results 🥰, I leave feeling wonderful knowing that my hair looks gorgeous. The staff is more than friendly they always make sure you feel welcome and comfortable they are wonderful people to be around. I recommend them 100%, you not only get what you want but more. Thank you all for working with my hair and making me feel amazing 🥰🫶🏼

I cannot recommend this place enough. The service that both Johana and Matias provide is top tier. I have been getting my hair done here since 2020, and I’ve even traveled 2 and a half hours just to get my hair done by them because I’m very specific about who I let touch my hair due to some bad experiences in the past at other hair salons. Johana is not only an expert at what she does, but also very honest and upfront about what she can do AND what she thinks is best for your hair, health wise. Matias is super attentive and always makes sure to go out of his way to make sure you’re comfortable. If you are debating if you should book or not, do it! You won’t regret it 🫶🏼 See before & after pics attached

On behalf my girl. due to I was not on their schedule, because she forgot and i had to show them my deposit and texts to make them believe me. After I was attended last, I didn’t get the color I asked but I at least liked it but she was burning my ear after i told her once it’s getting hot and she continued burning me. It took forever as well I had my appointment at 10am and since she didn’t believe me that I had a appointment she attended 2 other women before me and I was on time and the other women came late.

I had a beautiful experience at Johana Pacheco Hair Beauty Studio and I feel very happy with my results. I love my hair, the color and all the amazing techniques she implemented in my hair to get this beautiful result. She is friendly and very professional, she definitely knows how to get you ready for any events. I 100% recommend her services and professionalism. Very happy, I will definitely be back for more. ❤️💇🏻‍♀️
