Honestly, I wanna say I had a horrible experience my hair was terrible. But that would be lying only to keep Towanda to myself. She was so nice and did such an amazing job. I felt like I'd known her forever!!! She is amazing!!! Tape in extension goddess!

I initially was not going to leave a review, but I'm so unhappy with the results that I feel I need to warn others. I arrived on time for my appointment with Revella Wilkins. She quickly washed my hair and put me under the dryer. I ended up sitting for an hour while she worked on somebody else's head. I was shocked because I had this appointment booked for almost a month, and had received numerous reminder messages. She didn't even acknowledge the long wait. Eventually she started working on my head again. I was getting the Basic Smoothing system and a cut. I understood from speaking with Revella that the treatment should last a month at least. Well it lasted all of a day. I can barely comb through my hair. The haircut is average at best. I have to now find someone to redo my hair. I won't be trying the Basic system again because obviously it didn't work or Revella did not do her job properly. Either way I will avoid her salon like the plague in the future. I'm upset that I have to spend more money to see another stylist and correct the issues.

Pros: the atmosphere is inviting. The hairdressers are very social and very funny. Cons: My hair is completely butchered. Asked for a trim, and my hair is completely uneven!!! No words to describe the unevenness. The middle of my hair is very short, the sides are different lengths, and the back has long strands and short strands. Looking at my hair everyday just makes me even more mad! now i have to wait for my hair to grow back, and go somewhere else to fix the problem! If you want a haircut or trim this shop may not be for you!!! They do offer other hair services, i did not get any thing else done but after this i wont be back.

Absolutely incredible service, environment and amazing vibes. Pricing is perfect too.

Revella is my stylist at Serenity 101 and I'm so grateful for her. She takes her time and shows me pics when I'm uncertain about a style that I'm interested in. (Much Appreciation)

Only normal hairstyle no braider yet. But you do have to tell them how much you want to tip them because they assumed they whole $20 is they're tip when it should only be $10 tip work.
