Sanna is so attentive and friendly. I always leave happy with my hair! I’ve been getting my haircut and glossed by her for a couple months now and couldn’t be happier with her work! After a normal hair touch up, I got a facial and massage from Laura over at the spa. Laura did a wonderful job at making me feel comfortable and relaxed. My skin is glowing and so soft. I can’t wait for my next visit.

We have had an amazing experience at Stella Nova West Ashley for years now and have now pulled our whole family into their "home." The team at SN is genuine, caring, customer-centric, knowledgeable, and creative. They get to know the customer's needs and are thoughtful in their customer care recommendations. Kathryn McGraw is fabulous and takes excellent care of us. She remembers what is happening in our lives and makes sure her clients feel valued. She is knowledgeable and skilled in educating us on how to best take care of our skin in between visits. Abigail is a fantastic listener and makes all of us feel comfortable. She finds creative ways to help us walk out feeling self confident and special. Lydia and the front desk team are polite, patient in accommodating our changing and dynamic schedule, and proactively reach out or follow up when something comes available that they know we might be interested in. We highly recommend this team and are grateful for the opportunity to be very happy clients under their care.

This was our first time coming and I must say it will not be our last! We LOVE Brianna H. My daughters Sweet 16 birthday was coming up in my daughter told her what she envisioned and Brianna literally created that to the T. My daughter was so excited and happy more than she ever has been with her hair. Brianna is very personable, has an amazing personality, listens to her clients wants and desires with also educating them. You truly have a star with her. I just had a very bad experience in the West Ashley Stella Nova. I have a wonderful stylist and colorist at this salon and I live in NY and Charleston, but plan trips around getting time to have my hair done here. I scheduled at appt for today. My normal stylist was not free but was told by the receptionist when I called that another colorist would have time. I asked specifically if this colorist could consult with Carly so that I could have same color and said I would do the cut another time. I arrived today and no communication had transpired between colorist, front desk and my usual stylist. They were clueless and did not have time at all to do my highlights. Instead offered a full process hair treatment. I did not even know what that was, but knew it is not what I have ever had. I tried to reach a manager. No one was available until Tuesday and when I got frustrated, the front desk said the were going to "call someone on me." I have no idea who they were going to call since a manager was not available. The front dest staff were so unprofessional and beyond unpleasant, both in demeanor and words. I would steer clear of this salon because of the unprofessional nature of staff as there are so many great choices in Charleston.

Stella was amazing! First time in almost 5 years having my hair done, and she delivered. Highly recommend her.
