I found Ashley on a whim after my stylist needed to cancel my appointment due to an emergency; I am so glad I found her!! She matched my toner up perfectly and removed unwanted brass. She was sincere and such a great communicator. I will absolutely be returning!

Ashley was super sweet. I am new to AZ and she helped me understand more of what I was looking for and explain each step thoroughly. I look amazing and will be coming back to her for touch ups. Thank you so much!! ☺️

Ashley is fantastic!!! I'd come back just for her scalp massage, but everything she did was perfect. She was wonderful at listening and determining exactly what I wanted. I am very tender headed and she never hurt me once. I got a balayage and a cut and I have never been happier with my hair! On top of it all, she's a total sweetheart. Ashley definitely gained a lifelong customer.

Ashley was my stylist today! She was very sweet and kind. I got an all over color and blow dry style by her and my hair feels great! I loved the turn out of it. I will 100% be coming back to her ❤️🥰

Totally disappointed. Specifically ask for certain haircut but the result was nothing I expected. Super sweet stylist but could tell she's inexperienced. Spending nearly $300 just to look basically the same when I walked in. I now how to find a new stylist to fix this mess. Should have trusted my judgment from reading those negative reviews 😒 🙄

went in for a haircut in august with ariyanna and did a veryyyyy big chop. my hair was left very uneven and not at all like my inspo pictures. i had asked for a long bob but got a veryyyy short bob instead and it was too late to do anything about it once the first piece of hair was cut. i called less than a week later so i could get it fixed without taking anymore length off. not only was the uneven cut not fixed, but my hair came out even shorter with the most random layers throughout my hair. overall i got left with a very bad haircut and i do not think bobs are the stylist’s specialty. which is honestly completely fine but i wish that had been said to me rather than her had accepted to cut my hair. its overall so disappointing because i have been to this salon a couple times before for a haircut and always left pleased with my results, where now i can barely style my hair without it honestly looking like a hot mess. i unfortunately do not think i will be returning to this salon and do not recommend the salon in terms of bob haircuts.

My hair looks nothing like what I wanted and I couldn’t even get my hair blow dried after to be completely dry. Every single thing that should be included in the $400 service I paid for was an up charge. I’ve never heard of fixing a problem and having to pay extra to restyle it.
