I absolutely LOVE my new haircut from Tracy! It was my fist time here. I came in with wet clean hair and she cut it just like the photo I showed her. She cut it wet then blow dried then cut again to make sure it was just right. She really took the time to make sure it looked great. I have long hair and it was reasonably priced. I’m telling all my friends to go to Tracy!

Super rude owner. Did not want to do my hair cut, she told me to leave.

I started getting my haircuts here and I have to say that Tracy is awesome and cuts my hair well in a short amount of time. For $20 for a decent hair cut with a a nice woman like Tracy is worth it November 22, 2023(Day before Thanksgiving): Tracy was fast and efficient as always, even when it was busy and also it was technically her day off! She is awesome and I highly recommend her!

Don't judge this salon by its appearance. It's a gem in a small strip mall! I'm so happy with the manicures, pedicures, hair color, cut & style & reasonable prices! I noticed today they offer facials so I may try that next visit. No strong chemical smells from perms, acrylic nails & anything else that burns your nose as you walk through the door of some salons. The owner, Tracy, told me she doesn't want customers to be uncomfortable with strong smells! So thoughtful & courteous! Thanks Tracy! I watched a couple dozen customers, thanking the employees for the great service as they left. I've been searching for a place like this for 20 years so am excited that I have found my forever salon!

I went with Tracy to get a haircut. I showed her a photo of the haircut I wanted and she gave me a completely different cut. If she doesn’t know how to do a certain haircut, then she should let her clients know before hand. I’m very dissatisfied with her work

I got my haircut today and Tracy was disrespectful and aggressive cutting my hair I was to mention that she was doing it wrong and she calls out saying that she’s the professional that she knows what’s right but from the other perspective view the customer has the right to say what’s wrong what’s she is doing so she can correct her self in the future times. During the haircut she was impatient to finish that the haircut was still undone and she said it was done but she made me pay which was wrong to leave the customer with a bad haircut. I don’t recommended This area as a good haircut that they get hurt for the littlest thing and take your anger all on your hair. For your information Tracy they didn’t want to mention it because they didn’t want to say that it hurts because they can’t do anything about if the haircut is in your hand and it’s already bad theirs no fixing to a haircut if you already messed it up.

Don't waste your time and money there please go find somewhere else or go home and cut it yourself. I wish I could give her no star But I have no choice. We called and told that people one child and woman and 2 men. She said 1:30 appointment. When we got there after 10mins she got a call from another customer and she said yes. One guy showed up 1:45. (From there she start rushing us so in 20mins she did 3 hair cut when one child and women and one man. Then she was telling us that her customer is here for 2:00 appointment so we were like what. Anyways she charged 80 dollars 💸 wrong hair not even look good. So we left the place.
