Had an absolutely amazing experience at Root & Ritual. Like most women my age, my already fine hair has begun to thin. Kirsty took detailed pictures of my scalp and discussed what I could be doing to improve hair health and regrowth. Talk about the most luxurious spa experience! I've never had a salon session purely focused on my scalp. The treatments applied smelled lovely and the scalp massage was simultaneously invigorating and relaxing. I immediately booked my next appointment. I'm so glad I was able to pamper myself and cannot wait to do it again!

I had the classic Scandinavian head spa today and OMG!!! Amazing. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I had hair loss from major illness last year and wanted some scalp care and new baby hair care and got so much more. I absolutely loved this! I have already scheduled my next session. If you are thinking about head spa services this is your place and Kirsty is your girl! The environment is soothing, it feels amazing, and I cant tell you the last time my hair felt this good. Highly recommend! I will be gifting this to my daughters for sure!

Kirsty is the best, most professional, person I have ever had cut my hair. I have thick hair, but a really sensitive scalp. Kirsty made me so incredibly comfortable, and I have never loved my hair more. I cannot recommend her services enough.
