So happy I got a pedi here on a whim. My husband actually bought me a gift card here for my Bday. I just went today. It's a cute clean and a nice salon set up. One hair stylist and 3 manicurists that I saw. I had Judy. She was wonderful. She took her time and I definitely felt pampered. Absolutely will be going back.

I stumbled on this salon when I was going into Pilates. Its clean, friendly, close, privately owned, always have a great time and get wonderful service! Nova is wonderful.

Great place to get your nails and pedicure done. Very friendly staff. Going there for years.

Poor business customer service all around. I just happen to be in the area spotted what looks like a privately owned nail salon. I appeared at the door and it was locked. Mind you it’s 11am on a Wednesday. I peeked inside and I see a wild hair lady inside doing someone’s nails. She had nothing posted at the door about being closed. Instead she comes to the front door and says to me we are closed today. Not hello how are you I notice you are an unfamiliar face have you been here before... then maybe I would’ve understood her closing today. But no professionalism at all. That’s why people go to bigger places other than mom and pop or small owned businesses because these same small businesses need our support to get up but once they start rolling it’s like they forget about the consumer. If it was not for us spending money your nail salon 💅🏾wouldn’t be existent. Never will I even attempt to go back to this establishment and I encourage others not to. Not fair to anyone to have to be rejected and all they want is to patronize your little business.

Yesterday, 03/05/15, was my first experience with Suzy's. I had an apt with Melanie, whom I have known for years. My first impression was total amazement at how clean and organized this Salon is. The nail stations are situated so that clients are not at all cramped while the techs are handling them. Some previous Salons I have frequented have techs literally an arms length away and the drama is overwhelming with varying conversations. Not so here. I also had a great cup of coffee from the Keurig system. I had my manicure and then went to the ped area and had my toes done. The ped stations are very comfortable, extremely clean and well placed within the business. There is also a hair station and I will have my hair cut this afternoon. The bathroom and overall appearance of the business is hospital clean. What a pleasure to deal with Suzy's. They have a permanent customer.

Great place. Friendly staff. Esthetically pleasant. Easy to park in back. A railing to assist elderly ladies or anyone with arthritis or balance problems to get down from the pedicure area would be helpful. The lack of this railing prevents me from ever getting a pedi there again.

I use Lisa and she is awesome, however you can't go wrong with any of the techs there, whether you are getting your hair, nails or skin done. Call for your appointment you won't be disappointed.
