I do not recommend this place, at least for men’s haircuts. The barber who cut my hair left it noticeably uneven. The fade on the left and right sides does not match at all. The haircut was rushed and finished in under 10 minutes, with no attention to detail or precision. For a $40 haircut, this felt extremely disappointing, more like a $5 cut. I genuinely regret coming here.

I love the services here and Tracy is so nice! I got a cut and highlights for less than $300 and I love it. Amazing service and affordable price

Asked for layers and texture and just received a bunch of hair clipped off with no real purpose now I have to re grow my hair again. Took less than 10 minutes. Also left me a damn bold spot on my temple and other side left hella long

Tracy is the best hair stylist I have met across in Bay Area. I recently got my hair highlights done from her and she did amazing job. My husband loves his haircuts by tracy too. Its just you always have to take appointment to visit the salon, they don’t take same day walk ins.

Tracy is amazing! Some people have said in the reviews that she is rude, but she is not at all rude, she is just straightforward which I liked. She advised me honestly and nicely about the haircut style, length etc. I would recommend this place for sure.

Worst experience. Never recommend. Tracy did my haircut. She didn't listen to the customer and didn't give me a proper hair wash. She took only 30 seconds for hair wash, which was surprisingly very quick. She didn’t apply conditioner, which made my hair frizzy later. The haircut took 10 minutes, and based on the way it was done, it seemed like she wasn't paying attention to precision in cuts. Overall, I don't like my haircut at all and never go back there.

Tracey did a fantastic job with my hair for highlights touch up and haircut. She is very confident of her work and manages to finish sooner than expected. She patiently saw all my references and gave me the look as discussed .
