Where do I start? How about at the beginning when I called and requested a stylus that specifically used Ola Plex which if you know anything about it, you know it’s a proprietary patented product and there is literally nothing on the planet like it. They told me that’s what they used I found out later that that was a lie and they used wellaplex which is basically a cheap knock off that doesn’t do the same thing. I I also had the exact pink color that I wanted but they refuse to let me bring my own color stating that their colors are insured but they could color match to whatever color I wanted which was a pastel pink. I was there for five hours and I left with magenta hair I felt like a freaking clown. I came back the next day for another stylist to attempt to fix the mess, which mind you just means more damage on my hair, but it was still not fixed. I literally came in there with perfect platinum blonde hair and now I have a band of yellowish orange gold around my head and then the ends are light pink. At first I did agree to not receive a refund and come back and I have my roots redone there but that was before I found out that they were lying to me about the Ola Plex and that’s why I had so much breakage, because they didn’t use it. so absolutely not I will never go back there. I asked for my money back and Stacy the owner refused I am now taking legal action this is been extremely traumatic I’m just coming off of losing 50% of my hair during Covid and for this to happen it’s so soul crushing and so traumatizing no amount of money can make it right. After posting a reel on my Instagram page within two hours I had a neighbor of mine that lives a quarter-mile from me tell me the exact same thing happened to her and Stacy was the one to do it and she had hair fall out in chunks. I get where all human and we all make mistakes and life isn’t perfect but Stacey refusing to give me my money back is so disgusting I don’t think I can stop until she’s out of business. This can’t happen to anyone else.

I can't remember the girls name who did my hair, but she was lovely to work with. I showed her a picture of what I wanted for a date night, and she did my hair in a way that made it look good, since my hair is not as full as the picture.

I am visiting from out of town and needed a really good hair cut. I researched the top salons in this area and Globe was highly rated. I called and had an appointment the very next day with Sarah. The reviews are were spot on and they did not disappoint! Sarah was delightful and did amazing work with my not-so-easy to manage hair. She also recommended some awesome products to help me style my hair and keep it healthy. She also went out of her way to help us find good eats in the area.

I was on vacation in Las Vegas and needed highlights and a men's haircut. I hadn't had a haircut for the past 6 months given the worldwide situation at the moment. I contacted Globe Salon from out of state; Globe Salon downtown proposed I see Alexis Davis, who was absolutely fantastic. Not only is she very kind and personable, but also Alexis took the time to analyze the condition of my hair since my last highlights from February, head shape and proposed what would look best (I wanted highlights and an updated undercut). I don't think any stylist or barber ever was as attentive and detail oriented as Alexis was. A few days later a good friend of mine joined me on vacation in Las Vegas. I took him to Alexis as he wanted a trim. He left Globe Salon after Alexis trimmed his hair and was very satisfied as well. Just the other day he mentioned to me on the phone that Alexis really gave him a great trim. I'm three weeks out since my highlights and haircut and it still looks great! Right before I left Las Vegas, Alexis did a quick clean-up for the road. Thank you Alexis and Globe Salon. This place was exquisite. The attention to detail started when I called to make an appointment. Being that it was my first time, great care was taken to be sure I was paired with the best stylist for me. I was given all of the information I needed, from directions, to where to park, to what forms of payment they take. The salon is simple and beautiful. I was running late and a little overheated when I sat down. I was promptly given a cool towel while we discussed my hair. What a simple, yet awesome touch! Everyone working in the salon looked stylish and sleek. Despite the posh look of the salon and everyone in it, the atmosphere is completely welcoming. Staci did a fabulous job with my hair color, and I am very excited to go back for a cut. All around great experience!

OMFG!!!!!!! What a GEM of a place. If your looking for seriously the greatest haircut experience you found it . Ask for Stacy she's insane from her Lavender hot towel to ear/neck/head massage, to her incredible hair sculpturing. it was such a relief to find someone so passionate, engaging and loving especially when it comes to my hair. She listens, and she just eludes confidence with her experience and touch. i felt so at home with this place i just had to write a review and i never write reviews. There's seriously so much i want to say:, massage chair while you get your hair washed. I learned she was actually in magazines for her hairstyles and experience. Such a fun atmosphere lovely staff and great all around smiley place. If that's not enough she knows all the good restaurants in town too so ask her for recommendations as well. I have been a client of Globe Salon for around 18mths. Although my original stylist left, I am extremely happy with Lindsey. I always ask for the same cut, and she is more than willing to accommodate. The salon has a great atmosphere and is clean. Very clean. Which is important to me. I pay about the same as I did at my previous salon in another city. Although the area is quite transitional, I am willing to venture down there. The staff is all friendly and makes me feel as if I matter, not just another $$ grab. Lindsey is fun, easy-going and happy. Conversation is always upbeat and entertaining. I would recommend her to anyone. Please don't let the location deter you from visiting.
