3AM Hair Salon

DO NOT COME HERE. Came in to make an appointment Wednesday evening and they said they could take me then and there so I stayed. I showed the stylist pictures of wanted I wanted and he said it could be done. Ended up staying past 2AM as they bleached my hair repeatedly, it was bleached FOUR times. I asked if it was going to be okay and he said he was a bit worried about the hair damaging and continued on. The end result was nothing like I asked. Had he said no and ended the process to protect my hair and his integrity as a stylist it would’ve been much better than drying my entire head of hair. My hair is incredibly fried to a point of no return. I was upset because I trusted the stylist with my hair and he should’ve been more self aware of his abilities as a stylist. I texted them today (Saturday) they said they could do a treatment and fix the color, again sent them pictures. They said they could do it. I ended up walking out with BLUE/GREEN/GRAY patchy and fried hair. Unbelievable!!!! They didn’t even give me a full refund and only refunded me $300 out of $600. Leaving me footing the bill of $300 for fried multicolor hair! DO NOT COME HERE! First pic is of my hair when I walked in, second what I asked for. Granted most hair stylist would’ve recommended more than one session but he was adamant about doing it in one sitting. Third is of what I was left with and the rest of the "treatment and color fix".

Ask for Zoe! I've always wanted to dye my hair to light gold. Every other hairstylist would say, "Your hair is too dark, it can't be that light. Or they say they will try to make that color, then the result was completely different. When I came to Zoe, I showed her a sample picture, she did exactly the color I wanted for years with two times of bleaches! Very happy with my result, all my friends I look better with the new hairstyle.

I made my hair by Zoe, she’s really a nice person with patience as well as being professional. And this Salon costs effectively. I’m pretty sure I will come back for my hairstyle the next time!

Hello! I often come to Irvine on my free time and I was trying to find a good hair salon that can accommodate with my hair needs and this was the place where I can feel comfortable and get my hair done with no any issues. I wanted to get my hair done after a long time and decided to bleach my hair to blonde. It was my first time here. They were welcoming when I came into the salon and they were kind enough to help me along the way. There was a hair stylist named Ellen and I got my hair done by her. Also, there were other hair stylists who were working but.. I always felt satisfied and happy with my results from her. She was really nice and I could communicate well with her too. I came back after about 2 months to cut my hair again and felt happy at the end of my service! Please come to this salon and it’s a worth of drive if you don’t live in the area. I have been to this hair salon so many times to cut and dye my hair. People inside are so kind and helpful. My stylist, Ellen, never fails to impress me with her fashion-forward hair creations. Grateful for your talent, Ellen!
