Rating Refine Salon: I went in today with my daughter and my hair is curly so i went in for a blowout with Groupon. She did a complimentary toner instead of the cut that was on the Groupon. My daughter's blowout looks amazing but she has straight hair. Mine on the other hand, is not straight as it should look after the blowout. I am attaching a picture which shows my hair wavy and frizzy. I am giving 2 stars only because Vicky Wilkins was very friendly and i felt comfortable with her customer service but in the end I was unsatisfied with the end result of my hair.

Merideth can work magic with a pair of scissors and a comb. Guaranteed to always be an interesting conversation. If you're looking for a great stylist with a great personality I highly recommend her.

Paid $70 dollars to get insulted for an hour. I just want to start off that this was my first time at this location, as it is hard to find people to do short hair, my stylist was very impatient with me and seemed to treat me as if I were stupid. I have fibromyalgia, and that makes me a bit foggy, but apparently she did not care. She basically insulted my career, my diet, and how I looked. And at the end she had the audacity to ask me how I go around like that in public, with my hair and with what I was wearing. What? I think I’m just gonna have to cut my own hair from now on because I don’t want this again. People like that need to know why they don’t get tips.

Ashley Brooks is a genius with color! She does an amazing job on my hair, and is always so sweet and kind, too! The salon setting is peaceful, always clean, and quiet even with the amount of traffic coming and going!

Mai has been doing my hair ever since I was a kid, and I wouldn’t want to go to anyone else! She has always helped put my vision into reality with my hair and is also super sweet and amazing. She has treated me and my mom like family and does an amazing job every time! 10/10 definitely recommend Mai.
