Went in as a walk-in/recommended by a friend. I am in LOVE! Exactly what I wanted. Laura was super sweet, comforting, and respected the references pictures I had. Many other places I’ve gone to, don’t respect my choice, do what they want, and bs you to buy their products. Laura, thank you so much for your service! Definitely my new go-to hair salon. 🙂

What a terrible first experience! This was one of the first salons I contacted as I’m only visiting LA for a few days. First time I call before 5pm and they close at 7pm. Then as it took my friend/ride and I a little longer to get out of the door so TO ENSURE SERVICE & availability I call a second time so that we don’t waste fuel since my friend drives a Hydrogen vehicle. Then as soon as I arrive they call me back saying that they can’t do my hair WHILE IM WALKING THROUGH THE DOOR. She takes one look at me and asks me to come back tomorrow. Because NOW bleaching my 1cm roots is going to take too long all of a sudden. Back home it would’ve taken 40-45 minutes tops but it’s still really about the UNPROFESSIONALISM and disrespect for peoples time, effort and resources to show up and confirm a hair appointment when the entire ordeal could have been avoided with either more efficient communication… or by keeping your word as a hair salon owner and doing someones hair who’s calling multiple times to MAKE SURE THAT YOU CAN. Thanks for nothing.

I’ve been coming to this salon since forever and I always have a great experience. Sandra is always so patient and attentive to detail. It’s always a delight working with her to get the hairstyle I want! Definitely recommend coming here if you want to be listened to !

I can in as a walk-in, I desperately needed a haircut and I remember when I was younger they did a decent job. Did not regret coming in, I got what I asked for on a budget. She did an amazing job and a very nice lady.

The only place I have ever gone to get my hair done, this is also my husbands go-to place. Be sure to ask for Sandra or Laura, they will greet you with a smile and get you ready for your day. A full 5 stars.
