color correction after another hair stylist in the city ruined my virgin hair i worked many years to grow, Joann saved me!!!! i came crying and upset that i hid my hair for no one to see. i shared with her how unhappy i was with my hair and she told me to sit and she will fix it. I’ve been seeing Rajni for my eyebrows for 10 years. She is absolutely amazing. I started doing my hair with Joann for the past 2 years and she knows how to give the perfect bouncy blowout without damaging my curls. Great service, great people, amazing prices!! I went there to see Joan because of good reviews about her. However I was disappointed because she was busy texting, talking on her phone and duties as a front desk. She was not focused on my hair. She even rotated my hair away from the mirror so that I won’t see her texting. In the end I have to go to other hair stylist to fixed my hair. Not going back there for my hair again ever.

I have been getting my hair done with Joann for over 20 years. Joann is not only professional but super understanding when it comes to what you want to do with your hair. She will advise you in which way is the healthiest route for the longevity of your hair. Not to mention she is a master Colorist and you will not be disappointed. Before I forget! Great experience at this salon! I got a hair treatment mask, my hair was very dry and it’s so soft and silky now. I am very happy with results, I will try some highlights soon. Highly recommend!

LOVED IT! Salon is clean and modern. I was lucky enough to have Pedro work his magic on my hair. Pedro was not only very knowledgeable but he was super friendly. Pedro's energy and personality made me feel confident (even though I've never been there before and it's been a year since my last haircut) that I would be satisfied with my hair after he got his hands on it.
