CRYO Philadelphia

Im and athlete and really need this but I tried to come in during operating hours to schedule an appointment and the door was locked during open hours. The lady inside condescendingly pretended not to see me. Therefore, I've been afraid to try this place ever since because of this minor experience that spoke volumes. Then she finally opened the door and curtly handed me a flyer after asking what I wanted. I was simply interested in services with prices and wanted a flyer. Im wondering if this is a safe welcoming business to try or would that same rude snarky lady service me?

Received my first cryotherapy session yesterday and I had great workout this morning. Thank you so much for introducing me to recovery the right way. I have not felt this good in my workouts in the last two months. I finally was able to get back on a pull up bar. The staff was A+! I was given a full tour of the facility and informed of the benefits of each piece of equipment. I would highly recommend for anyone considering!

My first time experience was great!. Ashley took the time to explain the process, and talk me through my 3minutes. Afterwards my body felt amazing, once I arrived at the gym; I stretched and got straight to my workout. After losing over 150lbs, my knee's often hurt when jogging or running on the treadmill. I was successfully able to sprint 2.5miles and complete my strength training. The following few days after, I felt little to none pain in my knee's. I will be returning! Thanks Ashley

My first experience with Cryo Philadelphia was amazing! I didn’t know what to expect but the staff was very personable and excellent with providing a step by step account, which definitely made me feel more comfortable. You feel great afterwards. I highly recommend!

Great staff. I was in town for the Philadelphia half and full Marathon. They took great care of me before and after the races. They also offered a special discount for runners. The price is reasonable. If you’re in Philadelphia for the Marathon, it’s a must visit.

I've been here twice and I absolutely love it every time! If I lived closer I would go there more often. I've gotten the cryo facial and it is the most amazing thing you can ever do for your skin, you won't regret it! I've had my fair share of facials, but this place is by far my favorite.

Cryo Philadelphia changed my life!! I’m definitely spreading the word and telling everyone to give it a try!! The staff was amazing and very knowledgeable. The facility was clean, relaxing and refreshing!! A hidden gem in Philadelphia for sure!!
