Swan Spa

Swan Spa was was the only spa that had an opening so my husband and I booked a couples massage. We arrived and was warmly greeted. There is a language barrier. What I thought I agreed to didnt match the price at the end. We went from $185 before the massage to $250 at checkout. We got the hot stones, however, the stones were just laid on my back for 10 mins. The hole where your face is positioned has no cushion, which caused me to have a headache. My massage was an expensive light rub. My husband said his was good. During the massage, the ladies would periodically have a conversation with each other. That was not something I'm used to. I would say, if you are not big on massages and just need something quick and not interested in a spa feel, then Swan Spa will work. If you want a spa experience, I wouldn't recommend.

Kinda sketchy and it smelled like old smelly carpet. The massage therapist left me with the hot stones for way too long, and when she finally got back proceeded to make a call and had a conversation (in mandarin I presume )with the speaker right next to my ear for many minutes. I had to literally tell her I was not ok with that. Then the massage was decent but I felt like the massage therapist was huffing and puffing too much making me pretty uncomfortable. Maybe it’s a cultural thing? Regardless I will not be going back. I didn’t even get my full hour.

Thought I would give a small business a try but I had the worst massage, lady continued to talk through out the entire massage. Had to tell her 3 times to not put her entire weight on me. I’m usually a reasonable tipper but when it’s really bad k don’t tip although they yelled at me and forced a tip due to them not getting paid. Seems pretty weird but you never force a tip specially if you know what you provided

I will never go back to this place. The lady was nice but her service was not great. I received a full body massage but it was like she was in a hurry. I had to ask her 2 times to not put to much pressure. She used way to much body oil.

I had been to Swan Spa in Las Cruces twice before and didn’t have any issues. I had a message there for a 3rd time and I let them know I wanted 90 minutes. The lady asked me if I wanted the scrub, so I said okay. Prices in the long day 90 minutes for $90. The scrub is $20.. The lady assisting me had to go out twice during my massage to greet customers which is understandable. Then to remove the scrub they take you to a shower that is back in their break area.. when the lady was done with the message and I still had 20 minutes. I let it go and didn’t say anything.. I was charged $135! $90 and $20 doesn’t equal $135. I was annoyed that they act like nothing when they tell you the price and then they can’t explain why it’s more. But they understood when I only left a $5 tip. I almost didn’t leave one.

This place is AMAZING! I called short notice to see if they had any openings, they got me in right away for a 90 minute massage. When I walked in I could barely walk, Sciatica pain. Holly did such a fantastic job! She has magical hands and technique. I walked out of there with no pain and could walk again with no pain. I will be back for sure and would highly recommend Swan Spa! I’ve been to many massage places here in town and none that can come close to what she did. Thank you Holly and Swan Spa for an excellent massage! I will be back again this week. 💜
