The Spa Downtown

Michelle was absolutely incredible! I came in with a shoulder injury for a deep tissue massage. Going in, the building and decor is beautiful, and they are very friendly and welcoming from the first step you take inside. After signing in, you go to a dark waiting room that is very tranquil, and calming. Meeting Michelle, I let her know I was in because of an injury, and she examined what she was able to, and from there decided how best to proceed. She is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, easy to open up to, and she really took her time to focus on what I needed. The majority of the time was focused on my neck and shoulder, and I felt so much better afterwards. She truly cares about helping people, and really let's that drive her. She did everything she could to help me, and I am absolutely going to be back. Thank you Michelle!

It was my first experience getting a massage at The Spa Downtown and I found Michelle to be a fantastic massage therapist. I was very comfortable with her. She was grounded, calm, and clearly very skilled. I highly recommend her

Upon walking in for my appointment I was greeted right away. The staff was very welcoming and nice. Adriana did a fantastic job. She was very attentive, patient, informative and helpful. I felt comfortable , she has a lot of knowledge which I appreciate. I am very pleased with how my eyebrows turned out. I left feeling confident and happy with the outcome. I will definitely be booking more services.

I got the signature facial from Larissa and is was remarkable!! She was so gentle, but still got my blackheads out!! My skin is absolutely glowing :)) highly recommend!!

My Husband and I got a couples massage from Michelle and Tess. When we first entered the Spa we were welcomed by a beautiful woman named Kat. She made us feel welcomed and very comfortable. She really started the spa experience on a wonderful start and she was super friendly. The masseuses Michell and Tess were absolutely amazing. We wanted the deep tissue massage. Before receiving our massage the ladies asked us questions and communicated with us. They also asked how the pressure for the massage was going. Not only did they have great communication They informed Kat to charge us a regular massage due to not really have to do deep tissue and that of course brought the price down. That was very nice of them. I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone wanting an amazing experience. Thank you Spa Downtown ☺️. Definitely will be coming back.

I'm not one to get many facials or treat myself like that but I had a gift certificate I decided to take advantage of. I booked with Adriana for a facial and got way more than I bargained for. She was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I got a nice neck and shoulder massage as well as my facial and was a absolutely glowing afterwards. Looked 5 years younger and at 47 every bit counts. The spa itself is clean, vibrant and the receptionist was so friendly that I had a nice convo before my appointment. Definitely will be going back again and make this place part of my self- care routine.

This was my first visit to The Spa Downtown. Staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Tess was wonderful! I got the sugar exfoliating scrub with a 90min massage. Not only was she gentle, but she was firm when needed. I totally felt like a different person after my massage, I definitely had Spa Brain or was Spa Drunk!! So relaxing and would definitely return.
