Updated review: after a long hiatus due to COVID-19 I have returned for massages and I have upgraded my initial review from a 4 to a 5! Cherie, is a great Spa manager, always forever with a smile and works extremely hard to coordinate a time which works for you and your favorite therapist. I really appreciate the phone call reminders two days prior to the scheduled massage time. I have a new favorite massage therapist, Heather who work out the most stubborn of muscle spasms/knots; a grip of steel and a soft touch. Always an advertised special available. Hard to find, limited parking but well worth the effort. Good price and nice atmosphere. I have now had three 90 minute fascia massages and they rate as among the best I have had in 50 plus deep tissue massages in my life. Ask for Li, she is a very talented massage therapist.

Chloe provided an excellent 50-min massage... just the right pressure, and so intuitive and relaxing with her movements. It's like she was reading my mind with which areas needed attention. I'd definitely recommend her.

Absolutely love it here! Roxanne has never made me feel short of amazing when I come in and visit. This place is the perfect escape from all of the hustle and bustle of life, and I always leave feeling so much better and relaxed. Great place to relax and get amazing service. I love this spa. I've been going here for years and they never disappoint! Every service is very professional and relaxing. They provide Expert knowledge for every single service. I love to relax in their steam room and gym before my 1st service. It helps me fully enjoy my spa day. I love their spa packages and spending an entire day getting all their services. They are so professional. The spa is absolutely beautiful. They are trustworthy and accurate when keeping track of my prepaid services. I actually forgot I had some services in my account I had previously paid for and they went above and beyond and printed a sheet for me outlining all the services I had in my account already paid for. They could have just deleted all those services from my account and I'd have been none the wiser, but they were honest. I appreciate their top tier customer service. Spa at cibolo canyon never disappoints! From beginning to end they are a class act.

I had an amazing experience. Called to booked appointment Wednesday and got seen the next evening at 7. Arrived a tad early but was greeted and given a mimosa. My facial lady came to get me at 7, her name was Laurie and she was absolutely wonderful. She took her time and gave me a great first experience facial. Going back next week for a massage from her and will be booking the couples package next week!

MY daughter and I had a joint Spa Day here and both of us were thrilled with the service, the ambiance, and the overall experience. My masseuse was Chelsy and I've NEVER had a more professional or enjoyable massage. My daughter had Chris and was equally pleased. It was clean, comfortable and I was treated very well. I was not subjected to any sales pitch and I will definitely go back for more services.

I love this place. Yes it is strange that it was in the club house of an apartment complex but that is what made the birthday surprise a surprise. The staff is amazing and makes you feel welcomed. I went on a Saturday which they offered a glass of wine and cucumber water (which now I make at home). We were able to use the hot tub & steam room for as long as we wanted....before and after the massage. Love the manager Sherry, she handled an issue that I had because of miscommunication and made sure the next time I was there that everything was to my satisfaction herself. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a couples massage the pricing is great.
