One of the best places to find books and other novelties. This store has some of the greatest and most helpful employees I've ever met. They are always friendly, and have terrific suggestions for whatever you might be interested in.

I have been looking forward for the barnes & noble to open up since moving here. I finally got to visit today and was pleasantly surprised. It is very neatly organized, a gigantic variety of items to purchase and very helpful employees. I was, however, disappointed that there was no cafe at this location. Every other location I had visited did have a cafe so I was kind of expecting this one too as well. Still worth going to shop but if you hoped to sit in the cafe to study or read or treat yourself to a drink, this location isn't for you.

Fantastic experience along with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. My spouse, dog, and I always feel welcomed when we come into this store. The environment and book selection are excellent. It is a smaller location than the previous one; however, the staff maximalized the bookshelves and there's tons of variety there. Even if I am not able to locate a book, the staff assist me with ship to store or through ship to residence. All of the staff specialize in a specific topic, where I have received great insight into various fictional books and nonfiction like psychology and biology. I have known Colt for quite some time now and he does a fantastic job along with the crew. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Went to look around for a book and some of the employees (all women) were just standing there gossiping about a coworker. They were talking about how he "makes people uncomfortable" and "doesn’t know how to talk to people" "flirts with customers". Little do they know, we only shop at that Barnes because of him! He’s awesome, he gives great recommendations EVERY time I come in and he remember us by name!!!!! Here’s some advice, maybe keep your mouths shut at work. Because we absolutely adore him and he’s been so great to us every time we’ve come in. He is a little awkward but so am I! We prefer book over humans so I get it!

The aisles are so closely packed that a wheel chair can't fit through. After looking at the prices I'll be only buying second hand or online for now on. It's not worth squeezing through this maze. The kids section is depressing compared to the old barnes and noble. I was over all very let down

This new location is much smaller than the previous location, so the selection of books is limited. I now have to head in to northern Colorado locations to find what I like.

My wife loves to read. Every time we make it to Cheyenne, we always stop here to buy a book.
