Half Price Books

Great place, they have a TON of interesting books on their shelves for very cheap prices. They did kick me out very promptly 5 minutes before closing but i bet they just wanted to go to home after a long day. You'll be able to find books on a ton of topics but you probably won't be able to find specific books unless you are lucky. Great place to browse!

So I came up to half Price books to sell these books and DVDs that I have and they only gave me $1.67 because they said they could only take a couple children's books and a couple DVDs so I told them I wanted my DVDs and books that they weren't going to take and it was like oh no we keep those I said well if you're not buying them I want them back and she got this attitude with me like she didn't want to give them back to me I was like well you're not going to sell them and not give me the money for them I said so I want my stuff back so she gave me my stuff back and I still got my $1.67 but you took a lot of stuff and then she kept trying to keep stuff and I was like no all of that is mine and she was getting mad at me I would be better off trying to sell the stuff on Facebook market then to bring it back up here because it's like they're getting ridiculous they used to give you a dollar a book and a dollar a DVD and they're not even doing that anymore it's like they're trying to scam you. It's a good place to come if you want to get cheap books DVDs and music, but I wouldn't try selling to them

This is one of my go to place when I want a teacher discount or looking for a good bargain. I love that they have new and used books to buy. This place reminds me of the now defunct Hastings bookstore in Yuma, Arizona, where you can buy books, cds, and vinyls. It's clean and organized in there, so it is pretty relaxing to browse through the selections. The staff is pretty friendly as well.

This store is wonderful!! I cannot wait to go again. They have a very good selection of used/ discounted books, board games and so much more. They also have a good selection of new release books. They have a corner in the back with new and used kids books. That was wonderful. They offer a a small selection of old Nintendo games at reasonable prices. The store was easy to navigate.

Loved this store! Vinyl records, out of print books, all subjects, nice people, practical gifts, lovely affordable cards...loved this place. Great for a date during the 'getting to know the person' phase.

We checked out Half Priced Books and really enjoyed the experience. They have a lot of great goodies. The staff super helpful with my child’s many questions on books and worked with her to find what she wanted. Believe it or not a lot of businesses are not very patient when it comes to kids. Check them out and we will definitely be back to sell some books and buy more.

Not just books, but a place to buy and sell used media. I've picked up some Star Trek series and movies, and some jazz on vinyl. Every store's inventory is slightly different, but they have it all listed online. One might have video games and systems, while another has loads of manga and anime collectibles, and another still will have rare and signed books.
