Bookish Modesto

This a nice little book store nestled into Roseburg Square. New books and a small selection of used books. There is a small coffee cart inside with daily specials. Today I got the white mocha with peppermint. There are tables and seating available. The backroom is for the Little Bookish folks. This is were they have story time. They have our local friend and pickleballer Elaine Gorman's hiking book for sale. This is a gem inside of the Square

And we had the best open mic and poetry night. We purchased some amazing books from first edition collections for an amazing price and the customer service was just out of this world exceptional and helpful and informative. And it was clean and the coffee was amazing. You really can't find much better around this area

Bookish is absolutely adorable! I love their chill and cozy vibe, great selection of books, and yummy coffee! I have yet to attend any of their special events, but I've heard they are awesome!

The selection of book is amazing and I felt very welcomed walking into the store. I went on a Saturday afternoon and they had a fun craft for kids. I loved how easy it was to browse books and the number of gifts things they had as well. Can’t wait to go back!

Super cute little bookshop with a good selection. Everything is laid out nicely and things are easy to find, and there's loads of cute little trinkets and gifts. There's even a little coffee shop in there!

I'm all about the vibe. That's usually what we want, but rarely find it in its authentic form. Well, let me tell you....Look no further because this bookstore is a gem. I wish I lived closer, just so that I could frequent it every weekend. Kind smiles, helpful people, and a caring approach to a wide variety of readers. Run there. Now. No walking allowed. Affordable prices are a plus.
