Farzane is the best in her field. You wont find a more professional, and conscience hair specialist you will find. Highly recommended very sweet person as well and she actually listens to what YOU WANT. I will continue to have her do my hair as long as she's still in this area.

Farzane is amazingly sweet and talented. I highly recommend her service. The quality of her handiwork far outweighs the price. She should be charging so much more! I will absolutely be returning.

I go to this studio because it is very conveniently located near Redmond Campus, and only costs $5 for an upper lip wax. But I pay for the cost difference with experience. Been going here every 4-6 weeks for nearly a year, and every single visit has left me frustrated. Several times there's been no one there at opening time. And every single time so far the experience goes like this: I walk in, and the lady recognizes me. I ask for an upper lip wax, and she asks me if I want threading. No, I say, I'd like wax please. The results are more or less the same and with wax at least it's (supposed to be) one and done with the pain. She offers me the chair, and asks me to take my glasses off. Would I like her to do my eyebrows? No, I say, just the lip. She proceeds to smear wax all down my lip, on the actual lip itself, down the chin and into the cheek. It takes several pulls to get all the hair and wax. Then she moves to the other side of my face, and she gets wax on my nose. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. After so long, I'd hoped her skill level would increase, but here we are. I still go, because $5 and walking distance from work. But I'm not a fan.

One year of dying my hair blonde and no issues ever. One visit with this woman and she managed to burn my hair off in less than an hour. My hair is now breaking off an inch from my scalp. Think long and hard before you go there if you want to walk out with your hair still attached.

I have seen Carol for several years now - She is Fantastic!! She never has 2 customers look the same. I bring in a picture, or tell her want i want, and she makes me look GREAT! Thank you Carol!

Absolute waste of my time. Booked an appointment and came here to see the staff arguing about who is going to do my hair. Made me wait for 20 mins and still no service. The rudest salon I have ever been to!!! I guess it's cheap, that's why people deal with this.

Shama is a really nice lady. She is working fast and clean. I recommend her for waxing and other beauty things.
