Jozany was such a wonderful hair stylist! I came in after getting my hair styled at a different salon (twice actually) and I was still left with very not balanced tone in my hair and Jozany offered to come see her for consultation and said it wouldn’t be a problem at all and we literally did the appointment in 2 hours and got great service! I loved it and wish I knew Ulta had a hair salon before it would have saved me so much hassle and frustration with hair salons. If I could I would have given Jozany 10 out of 5 thank you so much for taking care of my hair so well!!! 🫶🏻

Such friendly service. I don't know much about makeup and I don't go shopping there for myself usually, but every time I go gift shopping for my loved ones, there's always an informative, helpful and patient staff present to help me find everything they would need... And the one time I went there for myself recently, the staff helped me find what I actually needed. I ended up Spending a lot less money than I thought I had to and she patiently educated me about several products without any expectation that I would buy anything. I may only go to Ulta three times a year, but I'm so impressed every time!!

Their makeup displays were disorganized and half stocked. I had to hunt sales associates down multiple times to ask for help in getting what I needed. The sales clerk was extremely pushy at the counter, asking me 5 times to give out my phone number when I repeatedly politely declined. I just wanted to go in and get a few things and the experience was disappointing and hostile. They seem to care about collecting your personal data and signing you up for their credit card more than anything else.

Ieshia is seriously the best! Her bubbly personality makes it feel like you're chatting with your bestie every time you see her. She's rung me up a few times in the past and is always so kind, positive, and full of good energy. She honestly makes the whole store experience a million times better. Thanks girl! 🫶🏼

My wife and daughters always seem to find what they want or need here, want being the key word...lol. I can't complain too much as this popular discount beauty store beats most pricing elsewhere. Lot's of parking and other retails shopping close by.

So relieved to see that the makeup is back! They even have helpful employees to assist you with learning about what products might best fit your needs. This visit I wanted to look at and actually smell some of the fragrances, and they had testers available, something that I really appreciate. Be sure to check out their clearance section. Maybe take a minute to browse all the fun hair styling tools, clips and curlers. (Sometimes you just want to try something NOW, not wait until a mega retailer drops it on your porch.) This is great. Best of all, they stock actual gray and taupe eyebrow pencils! You may also want to sign up for their rewards program, too, because points add up, and it's free. Love this store!
