Tonight’s visit was extremely disappointing and honestly very hurtful. I asked an employee for help finding a product (which I knew the store carried), and instead of assisting me, I was met with clear microaggressions and told to "check another beauty supply store in the area." I ended up finding the product myself. When I showed the associate where it was, she snapped back, "Oh, well that makes sense, I can’t see up there." The attitude and tone made me feel uncomfortable, overlooked, and unwelcome. If you can’t assist customers or don’t want to, that’s a problem — but responding with frustration and dismissiveness is unacceptable. Employees should know their products, be willing to help, and treat customers respectfully — without bias or microaggressions. This experience left a really bad impression, and I truly hope management takes this seriously.

Me and my family have used this Sally's for years and some of the employees are really nice. Today I went in and one of the employees that was working was incredibly rude. She had an attitude and talked like me and the other customers were stupid. It made me feel like I might not want to come to this location anymore honestly. I think her name was Lexi because I heard another person call her that but I never got her name from her. Have higher standards for your employees if you want people to actually be interested in shopping here.

The store expansion looks great, but these girls aren’t on commission so there’s no reason to maul customers the second someone walks in and follow them. Made me so uncomfortable I left.

Excellent customer service and great product selection. I felt welcomed and they expressed their appreciation for me going out of my way to come to their location. I will be a return customer! Any negative reviews on here are people that most likely be impossible to please or itching for a fight.

I dyed my hair and well my father,did it perfectly he went through every section of my hair and it turned out disgusting and terrible it's insanely ugly. 2 weeks ago I dyed it purple but it worn out easily,and it was supposed be permanent. But the way my hair came out did not satisfied me,I hope it will turn out the color I hope it to be

Went in on Thursday, 12/28 and was helped immediately upon walking in the door. Employee was incredibly friendly. Short/fun colorful hair. I told the employee what I was looking to do (have my grown out highlighted ends all one color again, my natural color). They helped me pick out the best match. I was in and out within a few minutes. The color ended up matching perfect btw.

I can't remember the name of the employee who helped me, but they were a lovely individual who spent time to help me get the right shade of green I wanted/helped me pick a good blue to tone down my green hair into a darker shade. Most the employees here that I have interacted with don't bother you too much, are informative, friendly, and truly do seem to want to help you look and feel your best! I've bought a lot of iroiro hair dye here for a great price. They also usually have sales on either the dyes, hair products, or other misc things.
