SEPHORA at Kohl's

It's my Birthday,. I was injured by a surgeon, left me disabled and unable to walk. I'm also recovering from a recent foot surgery. I called ahead and spoke to a customer service representative at this location to ensure the items and shades I need were in stock, she assured me all were in stock. Travel is not easy or comfortable for me, but I wanted to treat myself for my Birthday. They ruined that for me. Thanks Sephora on Gary Farm Blvd in Bowling Green, KY!!! My husband and I just spent literally 1 hour in Sephora, the employee's were NOT busy, yet completely ignored me, even when we tried to get assistance. We had to leave, due to my pain became intolerable. There is NO EXCUSE for this disrespect and is beyond shameful and unacceptable.

I was in here looking to spend a gift card while having a *really* emotionally tough day and was treated with empathy by the staff, especially Sember. She even helped me find my new favorite lip gloss! (Apologies if I misspelled her name.)

Such a clean place. The workers were very friendly but I demote a star because they didn't come out and ask me if I needed any help I had to go to them but overall I was very pleased with how well kept the makeup testers were and how well organized everything in general was.

Terrible customer service. I went in and walked around for like 10 minutes trying to foundation match myself without being greeted (I was the only one in the store). Finally went up to one of the workers for help and she was really unhelpful and didn’t seem like she gave af. So I browsed some more and went to the 2nd worker and she was also unhelpful. I’m sticking with Ulta in the future.

Really nice new store inside Kohl’s in Bowling Green. I spent a lot of time wandering around looking at products…too bad the girls working there paid now attention to me. I had planned on buying a lot of of products, but will go to the mall in the future where I know I will get good customer service. Customer service here was non existent.

I was in the store yesterday evening and saw a dark haired employee screaming at another employee. Causing the other employee to walk out in tears. This woman was unbelievably rude and highly unprofessional. I hope to never run into that employee. Watch out for her in there!
