Greenwood Mall

Overall, Greenwood Mall is a decent spot, but it has started to feel a bit dated lately. On the plus side, the location right on Scottsville Rd is super convenient, and they have all the essential stores you need for a quick shopping trip. However, the atmosphere lacks a modern touch, and certain areas are definitely showing their age and could use a renovation. The food court options have become a bit repetitive, and it can get pretty loud and hectic on the weekends. Customer service is hit or miss—some staff members are very sweet, while in other shops, it’s hard to find anyone to help you. It’s a standard mall that gets the job done, but it’s lost some of its appeal over the years.

I have always loved the Greenwood mall. It smells amazing ,it has a bunch of different fun stores and really cool products,and it has had the same gorgeous carousel inside the entrance that i have loved since childhood. Looking at it and being there brings alot of good memories out.also if you haven't tried it then please try out the gyro pplace in the food court,it's their best food.i have eaten there quite a bit.

The only reason we gave it one star is because of some of the staff in the mall. Other than that, it would be no stars. There are not very many stores. It was cold. We asked staff about it and they said they have to pay extra to even get heat. That is ridiculous! There are buckets sitting everywhere catching leaks. The parking lot has not even been cleaned. So sad that management/ownership let's this run down so badly. Bowling Green City Council needs to talk to the owners of this eye sore if they want to "improve" BG.

This mall is super dead on a Saturday morning, and nothing opens until 11 which is surprising for a weekend. I can remember when malls were packed all day, but that was a while back. There’s a small food court and more stores than you would think exist there - nothing looked like it was closing down. Seemed more like an indoor walkers club than a mall.

They have a decent Chinese food option. It's a pretty boring mall with the exception of having a half decent record store. Pretty standard smallish town mall. There are section of the mall that look like they get hardly any traffic. In the summer, some of the store don't have AC.

Well it's the only option we have, so at least there's that- but the 8hr time window for hours of operation is getting ridiculous. The rest the world is open at least 8.5 hrs since no one is paid for lunch. I find it hard to believe this place can't find after school students to work evenings till 9 or later... And absolutely obnoxious that they do not open until basically lunch time. Obviously they have the market cornered and don't have to keep basic retail hours.

Its plain simple. If you just want a place to walk around for a little while. You can look around stores and boutiques but not a place to spend a lot of time.
