I have written a review about the curling lashes kit. A quick summary I bought so I can curl my straight lashes BUT the forms to put on the lids were why to big for my lids. I never used the product. I sent them a picture of how it fits. They refused to provide with a full refund. They said only 30% refund. I called Discover card and explained everything. They investigated and today I received a letter that I’m wrong. How can I be wrong and recharge my account with interest. Nowhere in Luxe return policy say 30% refund. They refused the refund and I’m stuck with a product I can’t use. Luxe sent me an email regarding that calling Discover to credit back my account is bad business for Luxe. We’ll to bad! I’m writing this update review to warn customers to not buy Luxe products online. They won’t refund your full amount. I have email correspondence with them to prove it. The only thing they sent to Discover was documents showing I received the product but not the corresponding emails between them and myself. Buyer beware return policy means nothing to them. Luxe decides if they want to refund the product. Again I was willing to send the product back but not for 30% refund. I’m not giving up . I will send this review to other media.

So I saw this place on social media and decided to visit because I’m from Cleveland and not familiar with any hair store in Lorain. The store has a nice selection of products. Cleveland has a ton of great hair stores but Luxe is the only one in Lorain I feel like meets the standard of a great hair store. Also not a lot of hair store options either on this side of town. Sales are great and the staff is friendly and they don’t over price. First time I went they gave me a gift bag and it had some cute stuff in it. Overall I found what I was looking for got a great deal and staff was very friendly and helpful. Y’all check them out.

Came on Sunday when the hours say you’re open. The store was closed. Maybe change the hours so they reflect what they say online.

This place is great, the prices are great and the workers are great. However they never open on time. Every time I come in the mornings according to what time the net says and the time on the door says they should be open and they are not open. Please update the times so your customers are aware of the times your open.
