I was asking for help from a worker and she kelp ignoring me multiple times I said (excuse me , can you help me , um hi do you work here) multiple times she still ignored me it was clear she worked there she had a name tag and everything. She rolled her eyes at me too I went to look for a different worker but they were short on staff and most of the workers were at the Cash register. Her name was Cynthia

I had 2nd piercings in both my ears 6 weeks ago. (My first piercings were 50 years ago so a bit has changed😅) Alissa was great!! The price is great too!! The earrings did fine with my metal somewhat sensitive skin but the earring backs caused an irritation sadly. They must not be hypoallergenic as the earrings are. Overall great experience, but have an extra earring set handy for your new piercings just in case.

I came for my first ever professional bleaching, i’ve done it before just at home. I was with Haley and she was so sweet! Definitely made me feel very comfortable and talked me through all of it. She SLAYED THIS HAIR IT LOOKS SO GOOD ! I’m so shocked with how beautiful the final look is!! I recommend this salon to anyone looking for any hair treatment, very affordable too!

Salon is a waste of money and time. Didnt expect to be amazed, but hoped to at least get a decent enough service I’ve had at Ulta before. Instead of ‘full gray coverage’ ended up with mismatched brassy brown tone color, some grays still showing, uneven coloring around face. My hair was still half way wet when she asked if there is anything else she can do as if she was done. Had to ask her to finish drying the hair, to use a different brush so it would stop pulling hair out and to clean the dye off my face! When I pointed out about the color mismatch and grays, she just said "oh no!" twice. No sorry, no let me try to fix it.. just gave me a bill! Lya E. your potential is not in hair services! Ulta has lost a client because of you.

The hair salon is SO bad! Went for a blowout and my hair besides still being wet, is frizzy and it feels AWFUL. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a simple blowout, specially at Ulta where I’ve only had great experiences but this lady for sure did not know what she was doing. Ulta needs to step up the hiring game because this lady was pushing me to get straight hair when I clearly told her I wanted shape and a little bit of volume. I’m for sure not going back to this hair salon.

Ulta Beauty Capitola. OMG I went once and the lady who was cutting my hair seemed like she was high jittery and weird. She asked me if I had any wine in my water bottle. My haircut was awful so I went back again to try and get it fixed specifically asking for a different stylist the stylist cut my hair and I was left with a Bob that was shorter on the left than it was on the right. I asked for them to correct it and they said they were not willing to do so because they said I was asking too much of them I will never ever ever ever go there again and I hope no one else will. The customer service was horrific and I believe people's hair is a very big statement and so when someone messes it up so horrifically, it's not OK quite quite traumatizing. My mum said the difference between a good and a bad haircut might be a couple of weeks, but I'm supposed to be taking passport pictures and leaving to go to France so looking good was important and I don't have the time for it to grow out and look nice don't go here.

Sarahi was so helpful helping me discover my hair routine! She has given me great recommendations on makeup too! Overall she was such a sweetheart and I'm very happy to have bumped into her!!!! ☺️☺️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Clarissa was such an amazing hair stylist. She really took her time, had a great conversation with me and made me look GORG!!! Please check her out if you want a haircut. She's an absolute doll and was so caring towards my needs.💓🙏 10/10 experience thanks to these two lovely gals.
