This location sucks! My mom and I went yesterday looking for natural hair products because we just went natural…..ask for suggestions and the lady told us to use WATER! Had a $50 gift card from my birthday and she never could get it to work! Went to youree Dr and got what we needed, clerk was very helpful and used my gift card!

I love coming here. They have so many good products and the staff are always super helpful.

Really not a fan of this location. Today I came to the store 12 minutes after it was scheduled to open and when I went to open the door it was still locked and the woman at the desk waved her finger at me and told me to hold on. I decided not to wait around because this is actually the third time I’ve come to this location within the first 20 minutes of it’s opening and the same woman is either late coming in to open the store or is not prepared to open on time. Very unprofessional. Not to mention when I did leave today she then comes running to open the door as I’m getting in my car and throws her hands up as if I’m the bad guy for not wanting to wait who knows how long for the store the actually open. Extremely unprofessional behavior. If I just happened to have been there three times that she was late I cannot imagine how often she opens the store late. Very disappointed and I will be buying my hair products at other stores and locations from now on.

Avoid this location if possible. The staff are extremely rude if you don't follow their suggestions about products. They also force you to sign up for Sally's rewards and give your phone number just to check out--this is NOT required according to their corporate office. They are merely trying to pad their numbers and have you receive spam texts as a result. Again, you do not have to give your number to check out, so don't let them lie to you. There are far too many Sally's to waste your time at this one. I strongly suggest you go elsewhere.

The girl whose name I can’t remember but had curly blonde-ish hair was super sweet and helped me pick out items, she even saved me some money! I can’t thank her enough she truly knows her stuff. I hadn’t seen her before so it was a pleasant surprise. 🙂

I had bought bleach kit and hair dye to do my hair and the staff was so helpful and professional and showed respect to all their customers and to each other! Thank you ladies at Sally's Beauty
