I would just like to come here and thank Kaley at the salon for quite literally my best salon experience. From start to finish she took her time, listened, asked questions, and explained everything throughout the entire visit. I have very "boring" hair in my opinion but I walked out of my appointment feeling absolutely confident. I indeed left feeling that I absolutely don’t have boring hair I just never had a stylist take their time like Kaley did. I told her this was the best my hair has looked - ever. I will absolutely be returning for future services with Kaley! She was absolutely amazing, sweet, and so talented from start to finish. Thank you, Kaley! You are incredible.
Alex absolutely nailed it!! He was very transparent, accommodating, patient and thoughtful. He explained the process beforehand and kept me informed throughout. He gave me helpful info on upkeep and general knowledge and answered all my questions very thoroughly! He made me feel so beautiful today and I cannot thank him enough!!
Love this location! Shoutout to my girl Jeri who always gives me a 5 star experience. Honest feedback, friendly, and not pushy. Always takes the time to find the perfect color match. Also shoutout to AJ at checkout who always has great energy & a smile.
I made an appointment online for a highlight and haircut. The salon called me to confirm and asked if I could come 30 minutes earlier than the appointment time for a consultation. I had already arranged childcare, so I said I couldn't come until the appointment, and they said no problem. When I arrived for the appointment, the stylist seemed very unsure of her ability to do my hair. She asked the stylist next to her for advice, and then asked me if I had anywhere to be that evening, because the appointment might take "a while". I said I didn't have any pressing appointments, and she said "Oh good, we may be here until 8 or 9pm." My appointment was at 4pm, and I have never had a basic (partial) highlight and cut take more than a couple hours. I didn't have childcare for THAT long, nor did I want to sit at the salon for that length of time. I even offered to leave without a blow dry, and she said there was no way she could do it in less than that time. The salon manager came by and agreed that there was no possibility this stylist could do my hair and I was welcome to reschedule. I arranged a lot of childcare and different things on my calendar based on this appointment and was basically met with insincere apologies and shrugs and no hair cut. I won't be back.
Alex did such an amazing job with my hair! I have naturally black hair and was a bit nervous about coloring it, but he talked me through everything and helped pick shades and styles that would look good on me. He was super meticulous and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The color turned out so natural and beautiful, I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Alex!
Being told that samples are only provided for higher-priced products felt like price-based gatekeeping rather than customer service. Conditioning access to samples on cost creates unequal treatment and places unnecessary barriers on customers who rely on testing products due to sensitive skin, pigmentation, or medical concerns. This approach is inconsistent with my long-standing experiences at other Ulta locations, where sampling has been treated as a standard part of helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. Policies like this discourage thoughtful purchasing and shift the burden of risk entirely onto the customer. I will not be coming back.
We had Chloe M. She cut and washed my 81-year-old mother‘s hair and also did a deep scalp treatment. Everybody at the salon was professional and nice. The problem is the equipment is not very handicap accessible. My mom is in a walker and I use a wheelchair from time to time. When they went to try to wash my mother‘s hair. They unintentionally soaked her entire backside because she could not get close enough to the bowl. This is not the fault of the staff. It is the fault of the equipment at the salon. The people who worked in the in the store alluded to the fact that this is a major problem for many people, and that Ulta corporation ignores their request to fix the problem.
