My husband and I stopped in around 7pm tonight to grab a few things, we were there for about an hour, more or less. NOT ONCE were we asked if we needed help or offered a bag, we needed both. Terrible terrible customer service at this location. Also, why were we being followed? Everytime I turned around there was an Ulta employee a few aisles down watching, I lost count on how many times I saw the worker with the gold teeth watching. What happened to guest servicing? You can follow us around the store but not offer help or a bag? Rarely do we visit the Gulfport store, today was our last. I'd rather risk my package in the mail and online shop than give this store sales after today's disappointment. 👎🏼

Had such a great experience shopping with Caleb. Helped me pick out a foundation. Recommended a lip oil that was on 21 day beauty promo. Overall, great experience he’s so helpful, friendly, And knowledgeable.

I had to switch out a MAC powder foundation because an employee at a different location gave me the wrong color. Mila who represents MAC helped me today and she was absolutely fantastic! I didn’t feel like I was a bother to her like I normally tend to. She was so sweet and she explained everything to me, which was extremely helpful! I hope to see her again there the next time I’m purchasing new makeup!

Store manager Tayler is incredibly abrasive and unprofessional. Acted like I was impeding on her time. When in reality, she was wasting mine. Never experienced such blatant rudeness in a supposedly professional setting - no wonder reviews have been terrible since she took over the location. Spend your time and money elsewhere!

My mom and I came here to get her some concealer and me a new fragrance on our way to dinner in Biloxi. Had a great experience talking to Jourdan and she gave us some awesome advice about which sort of concealer would best suit my mom's skin type and complexion. Wasn't too fond of the short, brunette dude who kept following us around the fragrances like we were common criminals acting like he was spritzing himself, especially since my salary and VA benefits could easily purchase him a home outright, but hey... he thought he was slick, so that's cute. They didn't have my Lolavie travel size lotion for my dry ends like I usually get in Bham, either, so that was kinda a letdown. The store was tidy and all the staff save for "Inspector Gadget" at the fragrances were super sweet and accommodating, so I'd definitely be back if in the area again.

Wonderful customer service! A sweet young lady helped me pick out a good tinted moisturizer, she was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Another lady, also came up to help me and gave me several helpful makeup/skincare tips!! When I got up front to check out Caleb was extremely polite and patient in helping me apply my online coupons. Keep it up y'all!! Best customer service I just love to see it.

I do not recommend using the salon at the Gulfport Ulta location. The service I received was unprofessional, and the stylist did not appear to have even basic knowledge of cutting hair. I asked for a simple 2-inch straight trim, but she took off nearly 6 inches and left an uneven, jagged cut. When she initially realized the mistake, she tried to "fix" it by cutting everything on the shorter side and doing it all at once instead of sectioning the hair properly. It was completely freehand and resulted in an even worse cut. This was totally inexcusable on Ulta’s part, and I’m shocked they allowed someone this untrained to work on clients.
