How about you guys put a sign stating that you don’t sale to the general public but only to License Hair Professionals. Even put something in the google search form letting people know these things before wasting time and gas… Staff member was polite and nice so no issues there.

So… a guest entered before me and was promptly greeted with a smile and a warm welcome… I was just behind her and instantly I noticed a frown and even didn’t receive an answer to my " afternoon "on top of the "following " me around like I was about to do "something " ! I WILL NEVER RETURN … Corporate pls pay attention because money is money

They have a decent selection of products. Really didn’t understand or like the fact that I was followed around the store. I’m not going to speculate on why but it definitely wasn’t cool. Definitely won’t be going back to this location.

My mother has a license for hairdressing and we went here one morning to pick up beauty products for one of my mother's friends. Although the store is small, it has a decent selection of a variety of beauty supplies. There's not much appeal, though--it looks identical to the average beauty supply store without much decoration, plus it was a little run-down and there was one safety concern I noted (shopping carts were blocking an emergency exit in the back). There was probably only one employee in the store at the time (and we were also the only customers being served at the time as well), but she did a grand job of helping us look for stuff to buy. Her attitude and impression is one not to look past at--she's very charming.

There were probably 3 or 4 women in the store doing nothing but unboxing items, even though the store was dead. We asked one woman if two different products were in stock in the back of the store, being that there was none stocked up front. The woman we asked "checked" for approx. 5 secs before shortly stating there wasn't any of the product we were looking for (even though they clearly had just gotten a shipment of a lot of items that it took multiple workers to do, that 1 or 2 people could typically handle in such a tiny store) We asked a different woman to show us toner, and she proceeded to lead us to hair color- not toners. All throughout the visit we weren't asked if we needed assistance, the workers kept lugging boxes right night to us as if we were in their way. Very uncomfortable. They should focus more on friendly and helpful customer service, and not so much stocking things that they'll probably just claim they are out of anyway, based on laziness to actually look.

Won’t be back here! the sign says curbside on weekends! Yet the lady won’t let people in! I spend to much money with this company not to be able to go into a the store! Was in FLORDIA store not one issue! Plus lady kept locking the door like I was a criminal going to break in! NEVER GOING BACK! Don’t see the stores in Michigan not going bankrupt if this is the way guest are treated!
