Super bummed was shopping fragrance. They had no test papers. Said they were out. Spent 170 on first perfume it was good but not great. Decided to keep. Then Came back for coach star light spent another 120.00 seriously disappointed It's not a bad one just doesn't last very long and not bold enough. Feel like had I had test papers I would have known that. Now I've spent 290.00 and have two perfumes that again are nice but not great. Will not shop for perfume there again.

This is the first time I am leaving a bad review because my experience here was completely unacceptable. The staff was overwhelmingly rude and unhelpful. When I asked for assistance finding cologne, one employee directed me to perfume I did not request and then left without helping me further. Multiple staff members were dismissive and refused to assist. Additionally, the employee at the register was entitled, rude, and arrogant. I dislike leaving negative reviews, but my experience was so poor that I will not return. If you need help finding an item, do not come here and do not expect to have a positive experience.

Brandon is such a gem! I stopped in and was trying to find my standbys and Brandon approached like a guardian angel and made some recommendations. It was so nice and easy and I’m now restocked. Thanks Brandon!

Cedar Hills Ulta Beauty is my only feel good look good store and salon to go to for the past year. Customer service is stellar and consistent. The manager, Gabby, seems to be very talented at managing and organization of the store. She really took time to listen when I voiced a concern about a beauty service, provided a quick resolution that was not only fair but left me feeling truly valued. Prices are cheaper compared to other beauty stores because it carries a wide variety of budget-friendly brands and high-end, luxury brands. Ulta loyalty program/rewards helps and applies to salon services and purchases.

Agree with the recent review posted. I went in today and this happened to me, I don’t think your account (credit card/rewards) should be exposed for everyone to hear. Definitely won’t be visit this locating anymore, thank you cashier Teresa.

I went to this location to return a hair dryer. The door was open, so I walked in. The moment I stepped inside, one of the associates told me in a very rude tone, "We are closed." I explained that I just wanted to return the item, and she repeated, "Yeah, but we are closed." Another associate added, "Sorry, we are closed." I completely understand that the store was closed, but the way I was spoken to was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. If the door had been locked, I wouldn’t have walked in. Instead of being rude, the associates could have politely explained the situation. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location

Wrenn is an AMAZING hairstylist -- always takes the time to make sure I'm getting the cut, style, and treatment I'm happy with, and is really knowledgeable about making recommendations. I always feel comfortable and walk out loving the end result!
