Ameera is the best. She truly knows what she’s doing and always takes the time to give thoughtful, honest advice. Sephora is lucky to have such a strong beauty advisor. Every time I visit, I make a point to ask for her because I trust her recommendations and experience. She makes the entire shopping experience better.

Malik, she was amazing. She assisted me during my return. The initial woman attending me was giving me a hard time and appeared to have no desire to be there or help me . I like this Sephora location and the employees have potential. Raven matched me with the appropriate foundation shade, and her service was exceptional.

I visited Sephora today looking for a scent that smelled like apple pie, something warm and gourmand, and Alyssa was absolutely incredible. She was so patient, kind, and genuinely happy to help. You can always tell when someone truly enjoys what they do, and Alyssa definitely does. She never made me feel rushed or like I was asking for too much. She listened carefully, helped me describe what I was looking for, and guided me until we finally found the exact product, even though it didn’t look the way I described lol. To me, patience means waiting with a good attitude, and that’s exactly what she embodied. Her customer service was outstanding, and I left feeling so relieved and grateful. Thank you, Alyssa, for making my experience such a positive one!

Im going back to ulta...I was rung up by the toung lady with the red braids and she was so rude. She just rang me up and asked me to pay and I asked her if I had any points or credits I could use and its as if I was asking her to do me a favor. So she redid the transaction and told me to pay...again she wouldn't answer me about the points. I nicely asked if they had been redeemed. Super rude bad attitude.

I took a make up lesson to learn about products for older women. I do not recommend this service as I was not told any how tos or about a single product for women in their 40s/50s. This make up could have been for anyone - nothing special - no insights whatsoever. I paid to learn how to do make up I already know how to do on myself.

Great experience here! I was walking around looking for a lipstick match and Kash was absolutely super super amazing with helping me find a matching shade!! She looked all over the store and ended up finding the perfect match. Give her the biggest raise and bonus, she was the sweetest :))
