Kohl's

This Kohls is very nice and big, but at first I would only go here to process Amazon Prime returns because they are super fast at getting you in and out no matter how long the line is in the store. Around holidays, they have a separate Amazon prime returns line which makes it so much easier and faster to process prime returns. They have a nice selection of merchandise at this particular store in this small town. I’m impressed at variety of merchandise they offer here. There’s a Sephora makeup section as well which makes this place all the more appealing. I really appreciate how they always give you a discount coupon attached to your Amazon prime return receipt. I recently started shopping in the store due to all of the great holiday sales on most of the merchandise whether it’s coupon eligible or not. They were offering a 40% discount on coupon eligible items for new credit card account holders. So newly opened credit card holders can save a lot on their purchase during this deal. Especially, during the holidays. The had all sorts of great deals to include discounts up to 70% and 50% off. Kohls also offers a military Mondays discount for military and veterans which is also awesome to know that they appreciate the military community and those who have sacrificed and served for our country. During the holidays, they have a great sales and a lot of really nice merchandise in stock. So much so that it’s hard to resist purchasing even if you didn’t intend to buy anything there. There’s so many nice things that I didn’t realize Kohls has until I actually looked around at there inventory and so many things caught my interest and attention. I started off with an Amazon Prime return and ended up shopping at Kohls. There are some Awesome customer service reps too. The cashier who rung me out was super patient, helpful, and exceeded my customer service expectations. I was very impressed with her customer service skills and positive attitude. The other customer service rep impressed me and exceeded my expectations too, by ensuring that I received the discount code/coupons which applied to my purchase. He showed initiative in providing customer service/assistance to me. 🇺🇸Love, Light, Peace, Respect, Blessings

I am Tall and very heavy chested! I’m also Plus Size Kohl’s is the only store that carries clothes that actually Fit me, my body. I drive 72 miles to get there. It’s worth it!

If you feel like standing in line for a long time head on over. They only ever seem to have one person up there. Its also kind of a mess to shop, tags all over the floor, shoes are picked apart, and the kids area looks like a daycare after a cotton candy bubblegum party.

Kohl's is a great department store. This one is a small version but there is a lot within this little building. They offer men's clothes, women's clothes, kids clothes, toys, kitchen stuff, bedding, decor, bathroom items, jewelry, shoes, holiday decorations, and probably more things I forgot to mention! The jewelry here is always very reasonably priced. This Kohl's is also an Amazon return center. Like I said, they offer a ton inside this little building.

The guy at the check out counter was so rude and pushy! I understand they have to ask if you want to apply for a credit card, but after saying no thank you it’s completely unnecessary to continue asking 4 more times trying to pitch the sale. I finally said I just want to pay for my lamp and he still kept going about the cc. Somebody needs to retrain the checkers on customer service. I will not be back…

I have tried and tried to like Kohls but after two separate times, by the same lady working there, have we had something happen where I refuse to go back now. She’s middle aged and a cashier. Extremely rude. No customer service skills. I had to go back to take a picture of an item that was clearly on sale and she still wouldn’t mark it to the price shown. "Oh you just have to watch those tricky signs". It’s bad when even the workers say the signs can be deceiving and confuse them too. Also, her rude comments about my children and the looks she was giving them. No thanks. I’ll pay less somewhere else.

Friendly employees. Good prices and deals Big variety of merchandise..... women's plus, men's, children 's. , baby's , bathroom, kitchen, jewelry, perfumes, even appliances. I enjoy shopping there. And I had a person check out instead of self checkout. Ruth Walker Abilene Texas
