They say 3rd Times A Charm and today proved just that! Amanda, Amanda, Amanda, she was nothing but warm and welcoming, and has a gift in selecting fragrances. Amanda is the very first employee at this location that checked on everyone in the aisle I was in. It was jammed so instead of walking through us she went around and came to me and personally asked if I needed any help. I almost couldn't speak by surprise with my previous luck here. I asked about the Natrium body serum, that I found out will no longer be carried in store but was given online options to ship for free right to my door or online and pickup in store. Amanda then took her time to show me her favorite scents and layering tips. I was blown away and this was beyond customer service. I could talk to her all day, she was so pleasant and treated with respect and very humble. Amanda, keep being a light in this world and making a welcoming atmosphere and experience a priority! This is from the petal buns style patron you complimented and helped me on one of the roughest days. You made me laugh and not feel like I was bothering anyone and wasn't pushy. That Gucci Guilty is at the top of my list now and the other ones are added to my wishlist. This was my second time in this location and it was better than the first time. Some of the staff still pick and choose who they want to speak to and assist. I wish I remembered the kind woman that did come over to help me and I'm so glad that she did. I was looking for a new fragrance and I'm still on the hunt for one. I will try another location. I was ready to give up on Ulta altogether after a horrible first experience but a very good friend told me all locations aren't like this. So I'm still on the hunt to find a new fragrance and warm and welcoming Ulta environment.

Danielle did a great job helping us find everything we needed. Her customer service is outstanding! We came in for 1 item and left with so much more because she was so helpful!

The checkout desk needs a lot of improvement. Standing in a long line for seniors with physical problems and with only one cashier isn't acceptable. I had to do it today and it wasn't the first time.

Bobbie at the Clinique counter is my go to person at Ulta in Joliet has been for many years always helpful and friendly, she gets what I’m looking for all the time. Thanks Bobbie!!

I find the website to be much more but friendly than the store. There's a much larger variety and you don't need to grab someone to find out some of the prices.

Guy pro tip #1 (This location is awesome and makes it so easy for your girlfriend/wifey to order her products online and have them ready at the front door for pickup!) Such an awesome location and every staff member deserves 20 stars for their kindness and service every time!!! Best location ever!!!

Everyone is always so nice and helpful. Lydia especially was very sweet and made the experience 10/10 !
