Walmart

So not only do you lock up everything in this store, make me wait 20 mins for someone to come open it for TAPE, not let me carry it myself and make me feel like some untrustworthy criminal, but you did all that just to sell me tape that doesn’t stick to ANYTHING. Not a single piece. So now I’ve wasted time AND money. This is probably one of the worst stores in existence.

Im not a fan of Walmart, their clothes are horrible, all their t-shirts are way too thin, styles are scary, their clarence aisle is not priced like clarence aisle usually is. No staff around. Occasionally you can find a good sale item in electronics.

I just had the most wonderful shopping experience with Becky in the vision center. Besides her friendly and outgoing personality she was very thorough and professional. Thank you again Becky

I love the Walmart store. Very easy to find what you are looking for. Nice people who work there. I asked where the cat supplies were and they knew exactly where it was. Very nice selection of items. I also love the prices. I will always go back. It was clean. Go to Walmart store because of the prices. I love Walmart. Everything. nice. Nothing else Nothing else Nothing new.

The lady was really rude with me and was very impatient. English is not my first language and after having and accent and asking her to repeat what she said, she’d only reply with an, " i already told you" She later hung up on me and as someone who’s dealt with racism before, it still disappoints me to this day to find out that there are still people who treat others like this.

I went for order pickup hours after my order was ready to the store in Salem, MA. I shared my location when I was on my way, and still had to sit in the parking lot for 50 minutes before my order (which was only 7 items) was brought out to me. I tried calling the store multiple times and they didn’t pick up. There was no option to go in and pick up the order myself, I had to wait until they brought it out. It was an astounding waste of time, and the fact that the store won’t pickup the phone, you can’t cancel the order, and the corporate customer service said they couldn’t do anything either is astounding. The app also didn’t indicate they were running behind schedule. I missed an appointment and had no way of knowing how long I was stuck there for. Awful communication and policy overall.

Well I've talked to a few people and the people that work there just automatically think you're stealing if you have a nice pair of shoes on or a purse or whatever and the way they look at you when you're leaving like staying you up and down like you stole something you can't get one person to help and every time you do find somebody they tell you I don't speak English so I wanted to see for myself and it's true because I was there and some guy was trying on shoes and I was there when he got to the shoe department and they accused him of stealing and I was saying oh he's got a great lawsuit and then they let it go cuz I know I was there the whole time
