This business has improved significantly since 2020. I was looking for a Boho look and never had this style before so did not know what to look for. Tank, helped me tremendously. She assisted me in using my phone to FaceTime my beautician who wanted to see the product prior to me purchasing She also told me the quantity that I would need in her honest opinion And suggested a certain brand that she likes the most. She discussed the quality of the product versus another. She demonstrated patience while assisting me even when another customer had a question. I just want to say I appreciate Her taking the time to assist me. The cashier or one of the owners was super polite too! Thank you Remy Co.

Great store, very clean, excellent customer service, assortment of hair and nail products, miscellaneous items and reasonable prices. Happy associates makes for a happy customer return. Love this store!

i just moved here and my first time attending this hair store in the area since it is very hard to find some really good ones. However the Human hair wigs HERE ARE a bit over priced so i just stuck with human hair bundles, which led me to make this review from the girl who had helped me. Victoria is the one who helped me, she was very delightful, and it was welcoming her personality brighten the store up calling everyone queens and kings, beautiful inside out. This is whats gonna keep making me come back to this places is the great energy it brings.

This place is overpriced. $14.99 for 32 tape in extensions replacement tapes when sally beauty sells 70 for $13 and Amazon you can get 60 for $6.99. Spend your money elsewhere.

They have a very big selection. I didn't know that they even existed until my cousin took me here, which I am pleased with because of the big selection. They have from hair care products to hair extensions. Great place.

Prices are higher than other stores, the thing that is worst though is they want to make money off the black community but have terrible service to it. There’s no reason I shouldn’t be able to take my purchased items home and open them without scissors, a knife or a chainsaw because all the scotch/duct tap that’s double and triple taped around the item. The smallest/cheapest thing you can think of buying out a beauty store has this harsh tape around it. And it tears the original package because the tape is so rough

In this post, I am writing to urge all brothers and sisters to consider opening their own beauty supply stores or seeking alternative shopping options. Unfortunately, I have witnessed racial profiling firsthand, which is deeply concerning. Today, I encountered this issue at Remy Co. while attempting to return a plastic can of unopened braid gel I purchased seven days prior. I had initially purchased two cans, but I was unable to return one due to having opened it. The braid gels were priced at $20 each, and I had planned to return one because it turns my hair white. Upon presenting my request, the employee looked me up and down with a smug expression and informed me in broken English that she would not provide a return without a receipt. I had no intention of receiving a refund but rather store credit for an alternative item. Despite my frequent patronage of Remy Co., I have never encountered any issues returning hair products or other items without difficulty. However, I had not seen the specific employee/background character in question before. I was surprised to observe her interacting with customers in the manner she did. Rather than resorting to yelling or potentially posting the incident on social media, I chose to approach the situation with a polite demeanor. I informed the employee and the owners of Remy Co. that they could keep the braid gel. I will also write a review and refrain from shopping at their establishment in the future. PLEASE SHOP ELSEWHERE!
