What has constantly gotten under my skin is the in store purchases saying that they’re not the same as the online sales. Like customers don’t know this. Mac needs to do better. It’s so many layers to it all. And when the mistake or inconvenience is on them, its nothing they can offer. I swear the person I interacted with on Friday evening takes so much. I was fed up. It"ll be nice if you really listened and then acknowledged what I was saying even if there was nothing that could be done. I’m really tempted to start shipping for other brands. MAC do better. Online, in store.

Couldn’t return an item cuz today it’s the 30 day mark to return. Mac you’re such a disappointment that’s the reason I stopped buying from you. The lady goes aww you can gift it to someone…. Awww really??? Your customer service is the worse!!!!! Lady on Monday November 3th at 6:20pm your customer service is the worse.

Great customer service. I can't remember the girl who helped me and my twin sister (really bad with names)but she was awesome! She had dark hair and glasses. And that are pet friendly!!!

Shout out to our salesperson Jocelyn, my co worker and I walked in around 11:30AM. Jocelyn managed to greet us, ask us what we were looking for and glady helped us. There was two customers in the store already and she managed to please all our needs. My coworker ended up buying a lipstick, 2 eyeshadows, studio fix foundation and a blush. I only bought a studio fix powder foundation, I told her what shade I thought was and she color matched me to a better shade. Before I forget to mention, there was also a gentleman doing some electrical god knows what work and she was so good about attending to his questions and still managed to greet a customer walking in! Thanks for a great visit Jocelyn!

Thank You for such a wonderful experience 💅🏻💋PROM MAKEUP 💄 I as a mom with daughter getting her makeup applied was anxious n running late ..The wonderful staff at MAC Riverpark came to OUR rescue ... they calmed me down 😘lol and most of all WERE FRIENDLY-CARING-PROFESSOAL and DID A WONDERFUL APPLICATION OF MAKEUP..They are truly makeup artists...THANKFUL ..What a Talented group of makeup artists💄💅🏻A-Grateful-Mom
