I got virgin Asian hair so it’s like dark dark brown. and I wanted to do a purple peekaboo but I didn’t have much knowledge what product or brand. Thankfully, the shopkeeper/assistant who’s had beautiful dyed hair, like 6 different colors, was so helpful. She answered all my questions and guide me through the steps. She recommended products (all purple) based on her experience and was very kind. I didn’t get her name but thank you again! I was able to get the peekaboo I wanted.!

Stopped in this morning and Mikayla was soo helpful!!! 5 stars for her! I walked in needing an absolute miracle for my hair with little to no idea of what to do to repair it and she was extremely helpful and I am in LOVE with the results 🙂 will be back absolutely thank you!!

The women , were helpful & helprd us get what we needed ! This is their sale 4 for $20.00. That's a really good deal ," ION" is a pretty good product/ brand. There running that special/ deal/ promotion till the end of this March, Not sure if there gonna do a Is continuation of the Sale for April or another time thought- out this(" 2022") year ! I really recommend you grab some of the product(s) & try them!

I recently had to contact customer service to purchase a product in store that was showing out of stock in the store. They were very friendly over the phone and provided excellent customer service in person. I’ve seen a huge improvement in the atmosphere of the store and Crystal has been great.

Loved this location! The staff was extremely friendly, and helpful. They all chimed in and gave me their opinions on the different temporary hair color brands. I felt really welcomed and had a fun shopping experience!

This store is great. i went in right before closing (i know im the worst im sorry) just looking for a cute copper moment and some tools. Bliss - the manager - incredible. she was so sweet, so kind, so helpful and made my experience in the store 5 stars for sure. i would 100% make this my go to store if i were one to do my hair frequently. Kimberly who works there was beyond phenomenal. Approaching the store with my 4 year old daughter she was needing to escort a woman out due to stealing and assaulting her. Kimberly held her composure and the woman eventually left. Not even getting a moment to collect herself she jumped in and helped me and another customer that was present in the store. Several more customers came in and she also took care of them as if what just happened 10min ago, didn't. Kimberly, thank you for the amazing recommendations and treating my daughter and myself with kindness.
